Sunday lunch is a very nice and welcoming place, with professional service and excellent and plentiful dishes. Dalla Vanna is always a guarantee of quality and kindness, and we will return often.

Friendly service and good food. We made a reservation this morning for lunch for eight people, and it was a breeze. The staff were very kind and attentive.
The tagliatelle with mushrooms, which wasn't on the menu, and the fried mushrooms as an appetizer were excellent. The prosciutto crudo, perhaps because I had high expectations, was accompanied by an excellent torta fritta.
The atmosphere is simple, clean, and elegant.

Lunch for workers, choice of three non-trivial first courses. Ditto for the second courses. I chose the cotechino with mashed potatoes and I have to say I really liked it: fine grain, just the right balance of fat, meat, and salt. Above all, it "sticky," and anyone who knows what I mean 😋 .

Complimenti per la cucina in generale speciale l’Antipasto di prosciutto crudo sant Ilario, l’ho trovato veramente eccellente un tripudio di sapore e di equilibrio che solo con la stagionatura 30 mesi e la qualità della carne che si può ancora oggi arrivare a certi livelli di bontà e soddisfare i sensi di chi ha la fortuna di assaggiarlo, oserei dire addirittura un prosciutto da brividi!! Fantastico!! Grazie all’oste Paolo che lo acquista e soprattutto grazie hai fratelli Raffaele e Stefano Montali che lo producono. Top!
