Complimenti per la cucina in generale speciale l’Antipasto di prosciutto crudo sant Ilario, l’ho trovato veramente eccellente un tripudio di sapore e di equilibrio che solo con la stagionatura 30 mesi e la qualità della carne che si può ancora oggi arrivare a certi livelli di bontà e soddisfare i sensi di chi ha la fortuna di assaggiarlo, oserei dire addirittura un prosciutto da brividi!! Fantastico!! Grazie all’oste Paolo che lo acquista e soprattutto grazie hai fratelli Raffaele e Stefano Montali che lo producono. Top!

A good restaurant where you can eat local cuisine at an excellent quality/price ratio. The cold cuts and first courses are exceptional. Unfortunately, the dining room didn't blow me away, unlike the service which I found impeccable.
