Paccheri Guanciale Pecorino: The guanciale and pecorino are good, but the guanciale flavor dominates (perhaps a less aged pecorino would leave more room for the guanciale). Maccheroni al Pettine con Sugo di Costine: Maccheroni is definitely homemade, but it's too boney and the spare rib meat is minimal (I wonder why they didn't remove the meat from those two ribs, perhaps). For both dishes, a little more seasoning wouldn't hurt. Final verdict: good, but...

Amazing food! Definitely stop and try the ravioli with sage butter. The tagliatelle ragu and burrata were also fantastic!

Maybe the management has changed? The macaroni al pettine with a good sauce was good, but I wasn't convinced it was made by them. Looking at the photos in other comments, I'm increasingly convinced it wasn't. Overall, it was decent. Interesting price.

A pleasant surprise in the reality of Carpi. Two appetizers: Fassona tartare presented in two ways and a millefeuille of pears and pecorino dop; good. Two first courses: black tortelli filled with culatta, black truffle and fresh mascarpone on datterino flakes finished with black truffle flakes and red tortelli filled with caramelized onion and mascarpone with bread crumble and lemon zest; excellent. Two desserts: cheesecake with berries and a mascarpone dessert with chocolate flakes; good. An interesting wine list. In short, a place recommended for our experience

Personale carinissimo e disponibile, posto bello, accogliente e ben decorato. Siamo venuti per caso e abbiamo fatto proprio una bella scoperta. La pasta al ragù di costine una delle paste più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Consigliato!
