Trattoria Caissa In Marostica

A small restaurant in the centre of Marostica with a good-priced à la carte or fixed menu, traditional local dishes.

In the three days we stayed in Marostica for dinner we used Trattoria Caissa and I must say that we had a great time, quiet environment, kind and prepared staff, dishes proposed by the chef tasty and delicate as in the attached photographs. Compliments

We ate the menu of the day with first and second course, dessert, wine and coffee, all for €20. My husband and I shared and everything was delicious!

Una "bomboniere" con ottimo cibo e ottimo servizio vicino alla Piazza degli Scacchi.

I have been frequenting these areas of the province of Vicenza for many years and today I stopped in this place for lunch with my wife. The double menu, meat and fish, had disturbed me a little; we opted for the second and the choice was very favourable. Nice and comfortable place, professional service, balanced menu with well-made dishes, generous portions served excellently. The snails bourguignonne deserve a special mention, prepared with a modification to the original recipe that we particularly liked: excellent! The wine list is normal and offers local and non-local combinations, by the bottle and by the glass (my favorite option...) The "cuddle" at the end of the meal, a Venetian that is not on the menu, was also particularly appreciated. A small mix-up with the bill was immediately resolved by the owner, chapeau! Having quite difficult tastes, I'm not used to reviewing a place that doesn't deserve it but in this case I will return to try their meat offerings too.

Local located in the center of Marostica under the arcades. Excellent quality food and kindness make you feel at home. Super recommended also for the excellent quality/price ratio.
