07/10/2025: Al Taolon – an excellent experience! We booked the restaurant based on numerous excellent reviews – and we were not wrong. The trattoria is located in the center of a small town near Lake Garda, in a very pleasant atmosphere. We started the evening with a platter of local specialties, which was a real surprise and a spectacle of taste. Various products were served, many of which we had tried for the first time – local cold cuts, salami-mortadella, different types of cheese… A great introduction to the rest of the dinner. For the main course we chose pappardelle with porcini mushrooms – a dish that was simply perfect, probably the best pasta we have ever tasted (and we had the opportunity to taste a lot of them). The desserts were fantastic, and the whole story was completed by a glass of prosecco and a bottle of Amarone. The service was extremely kind, warm and accommodating, which further contributed to the overall impression. We highly recommend Al Taolon – authentic cuisine, excellent food and top-notch hospitality!
