Very familiar and friendly environment. Excellent dishes, great passion for one's work but unfortunately I have to regret to note a flaw. Venality. Excellent raw material in cured meats, excellent amarone risotto but then.....instead of consuming a portion of boiled meat we ask for just one taste (a slice of cotechino and a slice of beef). Considering that it had not been specially prepared but was gradually taken from the visible kettle and portioned out to the various customers, finding it charged (22 euros) on the bill was not pleasant. Would I go back? For this reason alone, no. Getting lost for nothing.

Welcoming and attentive service, risotto with amarone, boiled and roasted meats with sauces and purees is truly excellent.
