Luckily, places like this still exist. We were looking for a trattoria that wasn't a tourist trap, and we found it. Delicious food, a clean environment, and very kind staff. A sincere welcome from the owners. We had a platter of appetizers for two, bigoli with duck sauce and gnocchi with horse meat sauce, and house wine. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended by friends, and I must say they gave us excellent recommendations. The place is small but well-kept, and you can smell that home-cooked aroma that immediately makes you feel at home. The platter of delicious cured meats, the macaroni with cherry tomatoes and bacon are delicious, the agnolotti all'Amarone are excellent, the fillet steak all'Amarone is top-notch, perhaps the sauce is a little too bitter, but that's fine for my taste. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely stop by if we're in the area again.

Cozy place, very friendly service, and good attention, homemade food, just the right amount, if my score is low when everything is so excellent it is because the cost of two 750ml bottles of water was €6, which I thought was perhaps abusive, but they also charge you an extra per person of €2.50, 10€ of bread seemed excessive to me.

This place gave the most wonderful experience ever. Not only is a warm and cozy place but, the people working in it will give you an incredible and kind time. Grazie mille ❤️

I was here with my family. They seated us upstairs. We ordered bigoli with ragù (decent) and penne arrabbiata, which were overcooked and flavorless. The pasta was actually served too quickly, so I suspect it was precooked. The tables are very narrow, and three people (including a child drawing) were uncomfortable.

Ho cenato in questa trattoria proprio di fronte all'arco dei Gavi Sabato scorso, in occasione di una cena tra colleghi di lavoro e devo dire che sono rimasto molto sorpreso! Per essere situato in pieno centro mi aspettavo una trattoria più "acchiappa turisti" con prezzi molto alti e qualità del cibo mediocre ed invece ho ritrovato un locale molto frequentato dai veronesi e con un menù davvero interessante e ben fatto. Noi abbiamo optato per i bolliti della tradizione con la pearà, ma ho notato con piacere che anche gli altri piatti che passavano erano davvero interessanti e tornerò senz'altro per provarli! Per quanto riguarda il bollito era un buon piatto con delle eccellenze (tipo il prosciutto di Praga affumicato) e la pearà non era male. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo ed il personale è gentile ed alla mano come le trattorie di un tempo. Una piacevole sorpresa in centro storico!
