We enjoyed the tasty food, especially the rustic appetizer, and the first courses were generous. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the prices, which I thought were a bit high for a trattoria. Overall, a positive experience.

I didn't think you could eat good fish in Caltagirone. Delicious for a town far from the sea. Excellent lunch, more than affordable. Well done to all the staff. A 10 to the chef's wife. Owners

Beautiful place, very friendly staff, but we found it a bit expensive for what we ordered. A charcuterie and cheese board, a pasta dish, and a bottle of wine came to €75. However, the place is lovely and the food was delicious.

04/01/2026: A restaurant that captivates you from the first bite. The raw and cooked appetizers are phenomenal and incredibly fresh. The first courses and catch of the day are always excellent. All this is accompanied by friendly and attentive staff and a delightful owner who truly makes the difference. The wine list is also worth a visit, with its refined selection and excellent selections. A must-see for anyone visiting Catania!
04/01/2026: The best restaurant I've ever been to in Catania. An absolutely incredible culinary adventure. I recommend the "Carrellata pazza dello chef"—a huge fish and seafood platter for two. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and selection of ingredients.

29/08/2025: Truly sensationally delicious ice cream (pistachio) and aranchini. I thought the reviews here (the best in Sicily) were exaggerated, but it might actually be true :) Definitely try it! Update after 3 weeks traveling all over Sicily: These were truly the best ice cream in a brioche and the best aranchini!!!
