We had lunch at this trattoria in Milan, what can I say? Everything was excellent, the place was beautiful and welcoming, the staff were kind and helpful, the first courses were exceptional and plentiful, highly recommended.

A truly beautiful place, relaxing atmosphere, exquisite food... and top-quality products... the ossobuco and veal cheek are a real delight... homemade desserts, truly excellent. .. The icing on the cake is the staff, truly kind and friendly... but very qualified... in fact we asked for advice since we are not local... and I must say they were excellent... especially on the wine... a red wine by Franco Riccardi... a real nectar... I recommend it wholeheartedly... Ps... we forgot an umbrella 🤣🤣🤣

Honestly, I expected better for a typical Milanese place. The bill wasn't bad either, despite the 20% discount.

Unnecessarily expensive. Aside from the Russian salad, which was decent, the rest of the dishes were subpar: special mention for the ossobuco and the practically tasteless kidney risotto. The fried dumplings dripped with oil. A thirty-euro cutlet is incredibly disproportionate.

I visited this trattoria in Milan and was thrilled! I tasted a truly exceptional ossobuco: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, just like it used to be. The owner is incredibly kind and generous, always attentive to his customers and eager to make them feel at home. A truly pleasant experience, which I recommend to anyone seeking authentic Milanese cuisine made with passion. I'll definitely be back!

Dinner with friends and acquaintances. The cured meats weren't the best, but the risotto with osso buco was truly delicious. Excellent wine selection. Very kind and helpful staff.

14/12/2025: We stopped for a gin and tonic and finally stayed for lunch. We ordered a starter, a suppli per person which was delicious and was huge. We ate a bruchetta with pomodoro and basil which was also very good and a lasagna with ragu which was incredible. It was a discovery, we recommend it. The staff was very friendly. The price was very correct for what we ate.
10/12/2025: Spent 5 days în Rome and went to Raf 3 times :-) Biggest plus was that it was really close to our hotel, but keeping în mind the huge number of possibilities restaurant wise, the fact we came back 2 more time, says something. The pasta is great - best choise is Cacio e Pepe (request the original recipe with tagliatelle), the tiramisu is spot, the pizza is fingerlicking good and the cappuccino is a wondeful cherry on top 🙂 Not a wine drinker but my friends really appreciated the Merlot, at glass. 100% Rome will see me again and for sure one of my stop will be Raf 💙
