We went for lunch, better to book. The food is very good with local products. The service is excellent, they make you feel pampered. They have excellent alternatives for vegans, not the usual grilled vegetables!! I always go back very willingly. The prices are fair, about €30 per person. Highly recommended 🧡

An absolutely must-try restaurant to try the specialties of Foggia cuisine. All delicious dishes in super generous portions. Super helpful and friendly staff. Alessandro welcomed us as soon as we arrived, explaining the dishes on the menu. Highly recommended place!

A friend brought me here, I had the opportunity to taste excellent dishes of Foggia cuisine in a refined and very welcoming environment. Friendly, helpful staff who care about their customers. Well done!

We had a great time in this place we had lunch, all the really good dishes from our Apulian land and not to mention the bread they make and the oil, we will return as soon as possible we are happy to have a place in Foggia the food is really good 😊

We had the 5 course menu. The food was excellent, the wine good and our waitress couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent value for money. A lovely evening - thank you so much.

Excellent food, plentiful is an understatement. Recommended tasting menu. Trust the house and you will be satisfied. However, go with a very empty stomach because you will fill it up big time. The cheek in honey carrot and celery sauce was out of this world...

Consigliato Offre un menù particolare, diviso in capitoli. Non si riesce a mangiare tutto perché davvero abbondante. Ho amato lo spalancafauci di cui vorrei tanto la ricetta Freschezza esplosiva 10+

Sono stato in occasione di un pranzo con colleghi e datore di lavoro. L’ oste ci ha preparato diversi tipi di pietanze: verdure locali crude e cotte, pesce fritto, favetta con cicorietta, due primi, torcinelli con patate al forno, guancia di maiale, pagnottella con salsiccia e verdure, dolci ecc. Pranzo delizioso, di quelli che difficilmente dimentichi. Location bella e particolare, atmosfera molto accogliente. Ci ritornerò con mia moglie. Saluti da Monte Sant’Angelo 🫶

20/01/2025: We are from Australia and we had to organise a Baptism that was to take place in San Giovanni Rotondo. We booked the event party from Australia with Fil and Max Ristorante for 45 people, we asked for a special menu for the event, including the celebration cake and entertainment. Fil and Max went over and above for our day, nothing was a ever a problem for them. They made our day the most amazing event surpassing all of our expectations; the food was incredible, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was just fantastic. EVERYONE had the most amazing time and said that it was the best party they had been to. The entertainment was just so fabulous; we all sang and danced the whole time. The whole event was just brilliant. Words cannot express our gratitude to Fil, Max and all of the team at Fil and Max Ristorante. We cannot say enough about their wonderful Ristorante. We highly recommend this beautiful Ristorante - Please book here if you are ever in the area, you will absolutely love the experience.

19/01/2025: Very good restaurant, beautiful, elegant, with standard. Quality cuisine, with good raw materials and a menu with seasonal dishes. Extensive winery, with many references from small Italian weddings. Restaurant where local people from the area go. Nothing touristy. To repeat many times.
04/01/2025: A place that deserves to be visited. Each time I have had confirmation of how constant the standards are. Quality food, presented in a coherent manner and as an operator in the sector it is a pleasure to find yourself as a customer in places where respect for catering exists. Highly recommended
