The tasting is curated and all the courses remain memorable. I confess I wasn't able to face the latter but they were packaged for me. A beautiful discovery.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante una sera di fine giugno, esperienza davvero straordinaria. Ogni singolo piatto è stato eccezionale, ottimo il servizio e la spiegazione che accompagnava ogni piatto era esaustiva e perfetta

30/08/2024: One of the few restaurants in Mattinata where it is possible to combine the preparation of dishes combined with tradition and local ingredients with service and organization that are definitely up to the task. The only flaw is the fact that it is always full and that you cannot book if you want to dine after 8pm (at least in summer)

09/12/2024: A beautiful discovery in a less crowded area of ​​the center of Foggia. Kind, professional and attentive service which is now almost impossible to find. Unfortunately I wasn't able to taste all the dishes I would have liked but the first and second courses were excellent! Selected and well-made raw materials! Well done!
