Our first time at the embassy for lunch. They were friendly, right from the phone reservation. We ordered the tasting menu for €40 per person, excluding drinks and service charge. There were so many courses, each one better than the last. The food was high-quality, but cooked simply and authentically. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Excellent cuisine with excellent prices

Recommended by the restaurateur across the street, as his brother and a huge fan, I was extremely satisfied with the culinary experience. You can choose to do the entire tour or skip some stops, but the quality is still top-notch. The quality of the ingredients and dishes is top-notch. I'll remember trying the famous Pancotto here. Not as exceptional as his brother Antonio, who runs the business across the street, but the owner is still friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I discovered this restaurant by chance while searching on Google in August, and I found it very welcoming with quality ingredients and recipes typical of the ancient local cuisine, the rustic and typical style of the past makes you feel at home and go back in time when everything was good and genuine, I will definitely return every time I go to Foggia, recommended

We're a couple staying in Foggia for just one night, and we'd heard great things about this restaurant, so we decided to try it. Our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! ​We arrived around 9:00 PM, and despite the restaurant being packed, they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, and we immediately felt at ease. ​The real highlight for me was the incredible attention to celiac disease. We hadn't booked or mentioned anything in advance, yet the kitchen was able to prepare a gluten-free version of a first course with one of their signature sauces. It's rare to find such preparation and last-minute availability! ​The service was impeccable. Our waitress, despite managing a packed room, was incredibly kind and attentive to our every need. We lacked nothing, and she gave us excellent advice. We each enjoyed a first course and a second course: everything was cooked to perfection, with high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Finally, right after paying the bill, they gave us a small plate of caramelized almonds, delicious and very welcome. In short: Excellent food quality, impeccable staff and service, and truly extraordinary customer care (especially for those with dietary needs). An experience worth repeating and recommending to everyone!

Nothing to complain about the food, it's really good. Honestly, though, the prices are exorbitantly high, worthy of Milan.

A place of ancient traditions passed down through generations. The pursuit of harmonious flavors using raw materials from the Foggia countryside. The chef at the Orsarese Embassy is a symbol of creativity, passion, and technique. The menu ranges from various appetizers, homemade pasta, or at most locally produced pasta, expertly paired with vegetables and local fish. Bread (delicious), and extra virgin olive oil brought to the table in a non-refillable bottle of exceptional quality (I had close relatives who were oil producers, and I savored extra virgin olive oil since I was a child. Today, my knowledge of extra virgin olive oil continues, having the good fortune of living in a town that preserves the tradition of small-scale olive oil producers. Ambassador Orsarese is an experience worth having at least once in your life. Word of a gourmet.
