It is hard to explain how fantastic of an experience this was. Our B&B host described it as 'not a restaurant, but an Apulian wedding' and perhaps that would explain the endless courses of amazing food. We lost track of how many dishes there were - maybe 20 - all top rate and many an excellent reminder of why Italian cuisine is so peerless. The only caution is to pace yourself while eating - if try to eat everything, you won't make it to the last dishes, there's just way too much food! Also, the price was amazing - 40 EUR for the tasting menu. This was easily one of my favourite meals I've had across five trips to Italy.

In recent years, catering has been just business, fast, accommodating to the tastes and fashions of the moment and always the same between different types of restaurants. This is not the case, I have not eaten so well in years, excellent quality of the raw materials, love for the customer, family atmosphere and an exceptional cuisine, simple, rich in flavors and desire to make people love a territory. Divine surprise. En s’arrêtant en chemin, un arrêt a Foggia pour le déjeuner. La voiture garée en face de cette trattoria, on entre et on ne pouvait tomber mieux. Accueillis par le patron avec un verre de vin du pain ( délicieux) et de l’huile d’olive ! Puis un amuse bouche. Et la description des plats d’un vrai cuocco. Superbe plat de légumes grillés en entrée , excellente dorade avec un crumble d’amandes, morue au four, tout est très bon, tout est délicieux ! Je n’attends même pas le dessert pour faire ce commentaire. Ah! L’Italie

Il servizio è lodevole il titolare si aggira tra i tavoli parlando con i commensali.
Il cibo è gratificante con prodotti freschi e locali.
Bere nobile.
Prezzi sopra la media ma ci sta.
Consiglio la prenotazione, sempre pieno.
