A true excellence of traditional cuisine. It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.

Last night, my colleagues and I had dinner at this restaurant that was nothing short of special and unique. The experience began with a welcome that immediately catapulted us into a familiar and at the same time high-level environment: what an unmatched combination. The owner Alessandro first asked us where we wanted to be, whether in the large room or in a more intimate room; after sitting down, we were immediately surprised by very tasty bread, house oil and a glass of wine kindly offered. After that we chose the tasting menu, at a very fair price, and what can I say from then on it was a sensory experience in all respects: the menu was rich, tasty, correctly portioned, Dante's journey into paradise is nothing in comparison. To end in style the always kind and charismatic Alessandro pampered us with an amazing dessert! You are unique, we can't wait to return! If only there were more restaurants and above all services like this! Thanks again for the unforgettable evening. Congratulations to all the staff!

One of the best and unexpected culinary experiences I have ever had. The staff was kind and welcoming, the dishes were rich and varied (we ordered the menu with various tastings). Absolutely recommended, compliments to Alessandro and all the staff, you gave me a unique pleasure, it was so long that I was amazed by new flavors. Thank you.

This place is a gem! Impeccable food. Had the fagioli (probably best we've ever had and we've grown up on it), bacala, and cavallo. Would highly recommend! It has a homey feel with high end quality at a great price

Absolutely 5 stars for this cozy place that serves you with care. Very good food and generous portions. Last but not least, the attention to the customer's needs: I am vegan and not only were there various options suitable for me on the menu, but the waitress immediately communicated her willingness to remove animal ingredients where possible and the chef "arranged" an off-menu dessert suitable for me, which was also very good. Exactly the attitude I would like to find in every place I go: open, helpful and kind.

Ottimo ristorante molto frequentato e conosciuto. Il servizio è lodevole il titolare si aggira tra i tavoli parlando con i commensali. Il cibo è gratificante con prodotti freschi e locali. Bere nobile. Prezzi sopra la media ma ci sta. Consiglio la prenotazione, sempre pieno. Struttura molto consigliata. Febbraio 2025.

Sono stato in occasione di un pranzo con colleghi e datore di lavoro. L’ oste ci ha preparato diversi tipi di pietanze: verdure locali crude e cotte, pesce fritto, favetta con cicorietta, due primi, torcinelli con patate al forno, guancia di maiale, pagnottella con salsiccia e verdure, dolci ecc. Pranzo delizioso, di quelli che difficilmente dimentichi. Location bella e particolare, atmosfera molto accogliente. Ci ritornerò con mia moglie. Saluti da Monte Sant’Angelo 🫶
