Food here is really good so we came back a few days later to try other dishes. The Spaghetti alle Vongole were fresh and tasty as well as the Calamari alla Griglia! The Risotto is delightful as well. Try the Friulano wine and enjoy the atmosphere at the marina!

An old-fashioned trattoria, sincere, and authentic. The dishes are anything but ordinary, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the ambiance is reminiscent of the '70s and '80s. It never disappoints, always a guaranteed success. The fish soup is delicious, the fritto misto is excellent, and the desserts (homemade) deserve a special mention.

A delightful trattoria, albeit small and always crowded. Reservations are highly recommended!
Outdoor seating on the beautiful Trieste waterfront.
Excellent food in generous portions.
The staff is extremely busy but equally friendly and helpful.
Extensive menu of fresh fish with typical Trieste specialties.

This place surprised me, and positively. The seafood in the form of Fritura Mista was delicious, and the lasagna was more meaty than tomato-based, but delicious nonetheless. It had an old-fashioned restaurant feel, with a good mix of locals, which is a good sign. The service was friendly and welcoming.

Classica trattoria con cucina casalinga consigliataci da amici triestini.
Abbiamo pranzato nei tavoli fuori sul lungomare, gustando varie specialità di pesce della cucina tradizionale triestina. I Canestrelli alla piastra sono stati una apprezzata scoperta, ottime le Alici in savor e marinate, squisiti gli Spaghetti alle seppie e ottimo il Fritto misto, per chiudere un buon contorno di Radicchio e fagioli.
Ma la cosa più soddisfacente confrontandoci con la titolare su alcune affinità con la cucina siciliana è stata che siamo riusciti a strapparle "un sorriso"!
