Excellent gift shop in the center of Soave. Very large menu with 180 sauces to choose from. 200g portions of fresh pasta. Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind. Wide choice of desserts too, all excellent. €11 for first courses, €5 for desserts. Absolutely worth trying!

Excellent huge plates of bigoli with every variety of sauce of your choice! And after the bigoli, to end the meal, a delicious dessert is certainly enough! Super service managed by very kind and friendly young people! Highly recommended!

Had dinner in this excellent bigoleria It's difficult to choose the sauce to pair with homemade pasta due to the vast choice. Rustic setting, reservations required. A place that doesn't need to be reviewed because it is already very well known!

Local near the walls of Soave and specialized in a typically Venetian first course, bigoli! It is very popular so booking is highly recommended, and follows the 7-9pm and 9-11pm shift formula to accommodate everyone. Reading the reviews I thought they had exaggerated in praising the infinite menu, and I take my words back. It has fish, meat, vegetarian sections and even a mini game section. The combinations of sauces are infinite, they are really 7/8 pages with at least 10/15 combinations per page, the choice is very difficult because at least 70/80% of the proposals are liked and you have to understand what the tongue wants at this exact moment. The price/quality and price/quantity ratio is excellent: a dish is plentiful (200 g of pasta excluding sauce) and filling well, and you can't easily exceed €15 with the combination of pasta, drink and cover charge.

Struttura molto rustica quindi caratteristica con una infinita scelta di condimenti per la pasta tipica: i bigoli.Simpatico il menù con scritte in dialetto veneto e davvero bello vedere tanti ragazzi giovanissimi che lavorano. Decisamente consigliato se volete sentirvi immersi nella zona e mangiare bene spendendo il giusto.

Molto buono, porzioni molto abbondanti e ampia scelta di sughi. 2 piatti con acqua 27€. Consiglio di prenotare perché è piuttosto piccolo, ma ne vale la pena
