Cozy restaurant, friendly staff and very good food

We stopped for lunch at this trattoria for a first course and a second course. We were very satisfied, the quality/price ratio was excellent, and the wine list was also very interesting.

Just like home! When I'm in the area, it's a regular stop for me. I've even made a great impression at dinner with friends. Everything is top-quality, the meat comes from the attached butcher shop, the cured pork cheek is buttery... when you see people who work with heart, you can never go wrong. They're incredibly kind, and the cleanliness is top-notch! You practically have to stop by! For those who like meat, but good meat, definitely from the fireplace! The first courses are good... One evening, I had porchetta instead of dessert! As for the wines, "we're in Valpolicella, that's all I say." The price is clearly absolutely justified, and remember, it always depends on what you eat and the "boccia"! See you next time... Ps. I hate the photos, they're old-fashioned. Eat and be quiet.

A trattoria with an adjoining butcher shop. The ingredients are very good and well-cooked. We tried the mushroom soup, the tagliatelle, and the famous porchetta. Everything was very good. The price was reasonable for the portions and the quality of the ingredients. We recommend sampling the local wines.

At Trattoria La Porchetta in Negrar, there's a welcoming atmosphere. It's a very elegant restaurant, and we discovered the meat is top-notch. The anchovy tartare is fresh and flavorful, the parmigiana appetizer is exquisite, and the tagliata is tender and juicy. An experience we'll definitely try again if we ever pass through Negrar di Valpolicella again.

Oggi a pranzo 28/04/25 abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti molto belli ,cameriere molto simpatiche e gentili ,ci torneremo ancora,e poi di fianco c'è un negozio che si compra bene .andateci. Antonella
