Best restaurant in the entire area, I dare say. Mauro and his staff are excellent. Not to mention the quality of the products.

Exceptional – friendly atmosphere, kind staff, and excellent food!
From the starters, both raw and boiled, to the fried fish and main courses – everything was delicious. My only regret is not trying the pasta, but the grilled soaso I had as a main was simply outstanding.
Highly recommended, and it’s definitely become my go-to restaurant in Lido!

Dopo un lungo giro in bici ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale su consiglio di una persona del posto, non ci si deve aspettare un ristorante di lusso ma una tipica trattoria dove si mangia bene e si è serviti da personale verace e simpatico. L'offerta è abbastanza varia e il pescato è del posto e sicuramente fresco. Tutto sommato una bella e buona esperienza,con rapporto qualità prezzo giusto visto che siamo a due passi dal lido di Venezia. Unica pecca non esiste menù e quindi listino....

A typical osteria, serving simple dishes made with quality ingredients. Portions are decent, the appetizers are a bit sparse, but everything is good. Friendly service, and prices are average for the area.

At Mauro's the best creamed cod in Venice. Cicchetti and fabulous wine. Or trattoria dishes with top quality fish. Be careful with the price...

A somewhat bizarre experience.
A mixed reception, like "what are they doing here?" We moved on to the restaurant section located at the back of the bar. There was no menu, as per oral tradition, no prices announced, different announcements at each table, and a server who felt like he was being mistreated by the owner. As a result, we ordered a plate of pasta, which turned out to be very good and at a normal price for Venice. So all's well that ends well, but be careful.

The atmosphere is a bit folkloristic, there is no written menu and not even prices indicated. I recommend eating spider crab, marinated prawns (if there are any), creamed cod and mixed fried fish (not greasy at all). The price is a bit high

Locale tipico , siamo già stati varie volte e la cucina è sempre dí buona qualità .
Piatti classici di’ laguna , con ingredienti di buon livello e sapori tradizionali . Il servizio buono , il personale è sempre gentile e solare . Prezzo giusto ✅
