Very famous restaurant for the spit in our area...I still have to compliment you because I ate everything really well, in addition to the spit which was phenomenal... Today there was the mid-August menu and even though the restaurant was fully booked and being a celebration, everything they brought us was up to par with the lunch!!! Everything exceptional 👌

Every time I return to the Caricatore I eat better and better. And I've known them for over fifty years. Super recommended at any time of the year. We always eat very well. A refined cuisine but attentive to local tradition. Fair prices, within every budget's reach.

Nice place, a little too far out of Gussago. Friendly and informal service. As for the food, I had a very greasy and tough baked kid and some very salty sautéed courgettes. The polenta is good.

Renovated, clean and tidy place, excellent service and very polite staff. Classic food from a cutting-edge trattoria attentive to quality, perhaps the grilled dog wasn't exactly excellent, I would have expected more.

25/08/2024: This restaurant was amazing. I realized loved the food, I had the spinach, mushrooms and truffle pasta and it was so good!!! The manager Sidy and our server Vicente were so nice and accommodating and sweet, 10/10 service. I would definitely come back here
23/08/2024: The food is delicious, Tatiana is so nice we were lucky to have her. I would definitely visit again.
