Tutto ottimo. Sono stato con la famiglia per il pranzo di Natale. Nonostante il pienone devo fare i complimenti sia per la qualità del cibo che per il servizio. Complimenti e continuate così.

I update my review: I went back on a less stressful day than those from the spit fair and the service was excellent. Even the spit was much better than last time. Congratulations!

Excellent trattoria, very varied starter, for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, very good. However, I must point out that when ordering it is necessary to specify the quantities otherwise without asking you, larger portions will be brought which will be charged to the bill as has happened to me the various times I have gone: ordered a side dish of potatoes, two arrived, bottles of sparkling and still water already present on the table before arrival (the customer is also charged for bottles of sparkling water not consumed, which I realized later), ordered an appetizer and without asking me, appetizers were brought for all 6 diners 6 portions (even if it wasn't necessary and requested) so in the end the bill is high if you don't take care to specify the precise portions when ordering. That said, the food is quality.

A restaurant well known by the people of Brescia, especially those who have tried it, like myself, since the 70s. It's been a long time since I came to the Caricatore for dinner and I must say that I had a very good time. Despite the packed house, thanks to the atmosphere you can still chat while enjoying the excellent appetizer, traditional first courses and the spit, which is difficult to go wrong in these parts. Good service with courteous and professional waiters. Account absolutely in line with what was consumed. I confirm everything a month later. Well done

Premessa, sono tanti anni, decenni, che la frequentiamo sia per la cucina che per l'accoglienza. Ieri a pranzo eravamo in 4 e abbiamo scelto vari secondi, chi lo spiedo, chi il coniglio e chi il brasato, tutto ottimo. Secondo il mio gusto, ieri il top lo ha raggiunto il brasato, molto ma molto ben cucinato e ben digerito. Finito poi il pranzo con degli ottimi dolci. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chi cerca una trattoria che propone tante portate locali (e non solo) con una lunga storia e ottimamente cucinate.
