Il Caricatore is a historic restaurant that's been around for decades. I already had fond memories of it after not having eaten there for years, and it's once again proven to be one of the best places for skewered meat. We ordered the spiego, the famous Brescian skewer, and I went with a group of friends and family. It's also an ideal place for groups. The interior is very welcoming. The decor and the bill are excellent, and it's one of the best skewered meats in the Brescia area. The service is excellent and top-quality.

Really excellent!! We went to eat the skewer which was phenomenal!! I also had the stuffed guinea fowl which was really very good. Impeccable service and extremely kindness from the staff!! Highly recommended!!

Trattoria Rassica

15/12/2025: We won a voucher for two people in a charity raffle and visited this restaurant for lunch on Sunday. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, as is the staff. We chose a classic menu and a snail-based one; the chef explained the menu and the preparation of the various courses in detail (drinks are not included). The menu was extensive and well-balanced. We were truly satisfied: we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere.
