the menu needs to be downloaded to your phone, and it's inconvenient because you need to translate words in an electronic translator, it takes a lot of time and memory on your phone. the waiter is wonderful. but we had a birthday and there was no congratulatory piece of cake, there was nothing, it's strange in the restaurant business. and there is nothing for people who don't eat meat and fish. but we liked it 🥰

Hello, in terms of atmosphere and service, it deserves a 5-star rating because it's a super pretty restaurant, and the servers are very professional and friendly.
As for the food, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The dishes were good, but nothing exceptional to justify the high price. The quantities are small for the price of the dishes. I had the pistachio and basil pasta with pork cheek, for example; there were three small pieces of grilled pork cheek fighting each other...
That's why I'm giving it a 3/5 for the high price and the quantity on the plate. The food is still good, but nothing special.

We had a delicious, very fine meal. We chose the panel as a starter to share and then a main course each.
The staff is there to listen to you. The site is charming under its photo right next to the cathedral a haven of peace.

We chose to dine at Ai Normanni both for the excellent reviews and for the proximity to our accommodation in Palermo and in fact we were satisfied both by the goodness of the dishes, which denotes an excellent level of quality in the choice of raw materials and by the staff, very kind and knowledgeable but the prices are definitely too high in our opinion.

Abbiamo scelto di cenare Ai Normanni sia per le ottime recensioni sia per la vicinanza al nostro alloggio a Palermo ed infatti siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia dalla bontà delle pietanze, che denota un eccellente grado di qualità nella scelta delle materie prime sia dallo staff, molto gentile e preparato ma i prezzi sono decisamente troppo elevati a nostro parere.

Restaurant très agréable avec une cuisine locale délicieuse. Les calamars sont un régal, cuits juste comme il faut et très tendres. Les pâtes sont excellentes et de nombreux plats utilisent des produits locaux. Les vins sont à l'avenant.
