I just left this restaurant and I immediately want to share my enthusiasm following this dinner of immense delicacy. From the service to the plate, we were well served. The starters are generous and frankly creative and tasty. The couscous for dessert was a real discovery. The terrace is small and welcoming, the room inside is very beautiful and spacious. A beautiful discovery sheltered from the noise of the tourist crowds of the historic center with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the Royal Palace.

The menu is short and the portions are not too generous by Sicilian standards, but with reasonable prices. They excel at the classics (Norma, Carbonara) and the original recipes are exquisite (fusilli with shrimp and sardines).

A restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet easy to access and close to the cathedral.
You'll discover thoughtful and delicious dishes.
The plates are small, so for those with a hearty appetite, you can enjoy lunch like the Italians (starter, first and second courses, followed by dessert).
A little pricey, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can taste it!

I enjoyed this place so much, I went twice during my short stay in Palermo! The food is full of flavor, and you can really tell how much care goes into each dish. The staff is incredibly friendly—while their English isn't perfect, the warm service and high-quality food more than make up for it. A real gem in a busy tourists city. Also they have gluten-free options.

Abbiamo scelto di cenare Ai Normanni sia per le ottime recensioni sia per la vicinanza al nostro alloggio a Palermo ed infatti siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia dalla bontà delle pietanze, che denota un eccellente grado di qualità nella scelta delle materie prime sia dallo staff, molto gentile e preparato ma i prezzi sono decisamente troppo elevati a nostro parere.

Restaurant très agréable avec une cuisine locale délicieuse. Les calamars sont un régal, cuits juste comme il faut et très tendres. Les pâtes sont excellentes et de nombreux plats utilisent des produits locaux. Les vins sont à l'avenant.
