Nowadays, finding a dish that surprises you and makes you discover totally new flavors is definitely not easy. For this I am grateful to the chef. For example, I think that the spaghettoni with anemones and sea urchins can only be tasted here and it is really worth it! And in any case, all the dishes are prepared with care and attention to the raw materials. Just to give an example, for each dish the oil with which it is prepared is mentioned!

The service is exceptional, the chief comes to present you your dishes, and everyone is nice.
When it comes to the food, it’s simply amazing.

A wonderful taste experience. The chef has managed to combine ancient flavors of Sicilian culinary culture with modern techniques and combinations, leaving nothing to improvisation. When tasting the dishes you can see great study, research of raw materials, imagination and professionalism. The bread of ancient Sicilian grains made by them is excellent and the pasta drawn through bronze by the chef is amazing. A pleasant note was the welcome for our Labrador, immediately, well received and served a bowl of fresh water. Highly recommended

We ordered several starters to share and some dishes, the portions are actually quite small for the price of each one.
The quality of the dishes, some were very good like the fish, but others were really nothing special for the price each one carries.

Il ristorante è un vero gioiello: elegante, raffinato e curato nei minimi particolari. Il servizio è stato eccellente, il personale è stato super gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze.
La cena è stata un vero trionfo dei sapori: l'antipasto, il secondo di pesce (freschissimo e buonissimo!) e il dolce hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza gastronomica di alta qualità in un ambiente raffinato e accogliente. 5 stelle meritatissime.

Locale molto carino, ambiente intimo ed elegante. Musica di sottofondo piacevole e mai invadente. Piatti buonissimi, serviti in maniera impeccabile. Materie prime eccezionali, un'esplosione di sapori in bocca. Tutte le paste sono di loro produzione e preparate quasi al momento. Tutte le portate erano ben bilanciate e permettevano di assaporare tutti gli ingredienti. In piu ad ogni piatto era abbinato un olio di qualità differente che ne esaltava il sapore. Dolci fatti da loro buonissimi. Servizio top, quasi da ristorante stellato, ottima cura del cliente. Tutti gentili e professionali. È stato una piacevole scoperta.
