A medium-high range restaurant built inside an old structure used in the past as a water distribution point for irrigating the fields. The High Tower was in fact one of those towers used to accumulate water and distribute it "in a cascade". The restaurant offers menus of meat, fish and excellent pizzas. The portions are very generous, so they can even be enough for two people. The staff is courteous, attentive and the service is fast. The silent and relaxing atmosphere.

Abbiamo festeggiato il primo compleanno di nostro figlio presso il ristorante Torre Alta. Che dire … abbiamo fatto un figurone. Allestimento della sala incantevole, servizio impeccabile e qualità del cibo elevatissima. Grazie a tutto lo staff che ha curato tutto nei minimi dettagli e ci ha garantito un’esperienza indimenticabile.

The menu is varied and there is something for every taste. The ambience is beautiful in a historic building. The host is friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend the restaurant.

Very nice and welcoming place, well furnished. Excellent service as well as the raw materials, vast choice of excellent quality wines, among the very few places that have also done an excellent soundproofing job such as soundproofing rubber under the tables, as well as the excellent decision not to fill the rooms with tables and chairs. I will definitely come back. Prices are not high but consistent with the quality offered.

Beautiful location, we opted for the pizza which was really delicious. Seeing the others dining we were tempted by the fish courses but that will be for next time.

29/01/2025: Venire qui è un’esperienza unica, a partire dal personale fatto da persone cordiali professionali ma anche simpatiche alla mano , io faccio tappa fissa per colazione e aperitivo , io ci tornerò come sempre !!!!
05/01/2025: Abbiamo preso 2 cannoli e un caffè seduti in una accogliente piazzetta del centro storico di Palermo, al Bar Liberty. Il servizio è impeccabile, l'accoglienza piacevole e il caffè ottimo. Per non parlare del Cannolo: più che un dolce è un'esperienza visiva e olfattiva, prima che gustativa. La Sicilia è qui.

06/05/2025: Looking for a starred restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, we came across this place: intimate atmosphere, music in the background, punctual and discreet service. The paccheri enchanted us and the tiramisu with coffee granita was unforgettable. A very pleasant discovery, we will return again.
26/04/2025: Excellent antipasti and primi piatti with each bite bursting with flavor. Elegant plating. A nice find from the Michelin Guide. Thoughtful wine recommendations from the staff. Would absolutely return in the future
