Classy restaurant, excellent food, very fresh fish. I went for dinner for my wedding anniversary, and we really made an excellent choice. The staff was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The price was fair considering what we ate.

We dropped into Torre Alta for a casual meal and left feeling like family. Total surprise — the owner and staff know our cousins! From that moment on, the warmth and hospitality were next level. The restaurant used to be an old water well station that supplied water to 5 cities. We even got a quick peak at the tunnel. Outstanding food, a long wine list, pasta fresca and fresh seafood like swordfish to choose from— all local, all delicious. It’s the people who made it unforgettable. Friendly, generous, and genuinely happy to share their love of Sicily. We even left with olive oil from the owners own farm! If you’re near Capaci, Torre Alta is a must. Come for the food, stay for the heart. 5/5

I'll start with the location, absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, steeped in history with modern details like the armchairs that wrap you comfortably, making you want to stay up. The food is absolutely and rigorously fresh and refined, so fresh that some of the vegetables and fruit are home-grown. I recommend asking for the pizza with figs during certain periods; be warned, it's addictive, a mystical experience. Mystical with all the other dishes created by the chef with attention to the smallest details. It all begins with the menu description, which, thanks to Mimmo, will make your mouth water as you savor them. His descriptions of the foods and their provenance make you understand the full potential of this restaurant. The staff are the driving force and beating heart that ensures the passion of the chef, Grazia, and Rossella ensure the culinary experience is perfect. Do you want to make your birthday, communion, wedding, etc., perfect? ​​Grazia and Rossella will ensure your event is absolutely perfect, flawless. In short, I absolutely recommend it.

The owners were lovely and the service was excellent. They make pasta to order if you ask, as long as they have the ingredients on hand, and it was amazing!!

Exceptional place and staff, excellent pizza. Disappointing however, the tagliata which was more like a grilled roast.

I have been to this place other times and have always eaten excellent pizza and good fish. Last night I decided to change. I and Miaoglie chose 2 tagliate and we were very disappointed. The portions were very small and there was nothing of tagliata. It looked like a slice of roast divided in 2 and the price was very high for what we were served.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante/pizzeria con tutta la mia famiglia, un tavolo da 10 persone, e ne siamo usciti tutti pienamente soddisfatti! Gli antipasti erano gustosi e ben presentati, e le pizze davvero eccellenti: l’impasto a pietra, che ci è stato proposto da uno dei proprietari, ha fatto la differenza, leggero, digeribile e dal sapore autentico. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sorridente e attento ad ogni dettaglio, riuscendo a gestire il nostro tavolo con rapidità e precisione senza mai farci mancare nulla. Anche i proprietari accoglienti, simpatici e presenti in sala, hanno contribuito a creare un’atmosfera familiare e piacevole che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Assolutamente consigliata: ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima scelta. Ampia scelta di piatti e pizze. Pizza gustosissima, impasto leggero. Ottimo il servizio e personale gentilissimo.
