A small but great surprise in a not-so-veg-friendly Tuscany.
After extensive research, we stumbled upon this restaurant, which is certainly charming.
But let's get to the food. The choice was quite difficult, thanks in part to the narration of each dish, which conveyed passion, attention to detail, and the choice of seasonal ingredients.
We were given a small, delicious welcome appetizer, as were the dishes that followed, which left us truly satisfied.

Highly recommend this place in Volterra. The interior has a glass floor, so you can see some Etruscan roads and wells below your feet. Our waiters were extremely friendly too. The real standout was the tiramisu, I could hardly believe it was plant based!

Confession time, we are not Vegans, but the menu looked lovely and the restaurant very inviting with its glass floor over ancient ruins. From the welcome on arrival, the explanation of the menu and the food itself, none of it dissapointed, absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend.

We had been there on 1st of october. Such a lovely place to be and eat. The cuisine was vegan, regional and without any industrial sugar. The owners and the service were just heartfelt und spend much time on detailled explanations about the menu. Thanks so much for having us.

Starting with the service, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a smile which continued for our entire experience. A rarity we've found! And such a pleasure to witness.
The food was exceptional, the flavours all amazing and the cheese in particular was incredible. I've tried a lot of vegan cheese and theirs was one of the best, both in taste and texture!
