Confession time, we are not Vegans, but the menu looked lovely and the restaurant very inviting with its glass floor over ancient ruins. From the welcome on arrival, the explanation of the menu and the food itself, none of it dissapointed, absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend.

We had been there on 1st of october. Such a lovely place to be and eat. The cuisine was vegan, regional and without any industrial sugar. The owners and the service were just heartfelt und spend much time on detailled explanations about the menu. Thanks so much for having us.

Starting with the service, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a smile which continued for our entire experience. A rarity we've found! And such a pleasure to witness. The food was exceptional, the flavours all amazing and the cheese in particular was incredible. I've tried a lot of vegan cheese and theirs was one of the best, both in taste and texture! Thank you for a delightful experience, your passion is very evident and it shows both in your restaurant and food. Grazie!

La nostra FORTUNA è stata di aver avuto la convenzione, con la Villa Porta all' Arco, perché forse non avremmo mai provato questo ristorante..chi lo sa.. Comunque...È inspiegabile a parole descrivere la bontà la squisitezza ..etc..dei piatti!!! Dovete solo lasciarvi andare all'estrema cura dei piatti e al SAPORE. COMPLIMENTI Enrico anche per averci spiegato in modo eccellente ogni piatto che abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare!!!!! Un saluto a Susanna. GRAZIE!!!!!

30/09/2025: A remarkable experience at this recently renovated restaurant. The interior is beautiful (it deserves 6 stars). At the entrance, there was a basket full of freshly picked porcini mushrooms, and we were completely blown away! We had carbonara with mushrooms (amazing, beautifully presented) and Florentine steak with a side of pan-fried porcini mushrooms—all delicious. We washed it all down with an excellent Brunello di Montalcino. The tiramisu to finish was truly generous, prepared individually in a beautiful glass. The service was friendly and attentive; the owner is a true gentleman who discreetly accompanied us throughout the evening. I can't wait to go back! Bravo!
29/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the service with very friendly people and some spoke French, the cuisine and the papardelle carbonara with truffles and those with porcini mushrooms, succulent, the owners at the top, we wouldn't want another restaurant.
