After going there so many times, the quality and service are always exceptional.

Very attentive service. Refined atmosphere. Very good food. We had a 1.2 kg sea bass, very fresh and cooked to perfection. Delicious spaghetti with clams. Reasonable prices.

I had lunch at The Fish Ristorante and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. Even though the restaurant was completely full, the atmosphere was surprisingly relaxing, quiet, and never noisy. The staff was quick and organized, even with full service and the second table setting already underway. We decided to focus on fresh fish, precisely because I'd heard so much about it and wanted to try it for myself. We started with a splendid raw fish dish featuring sea urchin, mussels, salmon, and shrimp. The sea urchin was incredibly fresh, and the red shrimp was truly spectacular, incredibly tender and melt-in-the-mouth. The table was perfectly set with oil, salt, pepper, and bread, perfect for mopping up the bread. We then had a fish trio of tuna, salmon, and amberjack, accompanied by very thin slices of blood orange and two sauces, including a truly delicious parsley one. This dish was also very filling. Then we had the amberjack, which deserves a special mention: served with burrata, thin slices of orange, and a delicate raspberry jam that creates a truly unique contrast on the palate, yet it's all incredibly delicate. A dish I absolutely recommend. We would have also liked to try the octopus with potatoes and truffle, but the portions are so generous that we couldn't get there. The desserts come from a historic pastry shop in Milan, and what desserts...beautiful and generous in size. I chose a crunchy caramel basket filled with dark chocolate cream, decorated with a raspberry: delicious. We ate divinely, and I'll definitely be back to try other dishes, perhaps the hot ones. The value for money was also excellent; in fact, the place was packed. Hats off to the always friendly and calm staff, despite it being fully booked.

I had a fantastic dining experience at The Fish and it is definitely a place I would highly recommend. I made the reservation about 23 hours in advance and it turned out to be a very good decision. When we arrived the restaurant was completely full, every table was taken and there was a queue of people waiting outside. That already says a lot about the popularity of this place. The restaurant itself is very tasteful and spacious. The interior design is elegant but still relaxed and welcoming. High ceilings, stylish lighting, well chosen decorations and an impressive wine display create a very pleasant atmosphere. Even though the restaurant was busy it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. We started with some small bites including crispy fried vegetables which were a great start to the meal. For seafood lovers this place is a real paradise. The grilled squid was absolutely excellent. It was perfectly cooked, very tender and served with a beautiful green sauce and lemon that complemented the flavor perfectly. We also had mussels which were fresh, aromatic and full of flavor. They were served in a delicious broth that made the dish even better. Another highlight was the octopus served on a creamy potato base. The octopus was perfectly grilled, soft inside with a nice char outside, and the texture was just right. One of the most impressive dishes was the platter of fresh shellfish served on ice with langoustines and other seafood. Everything tasted extremely fresh and high quality which is exactly what you hope for when visiting a seafood restaurant. To accompany the meal I had draft beer which was very good and refreshing and paired perfectly with the seafood dishes. The service was professional, attentive and friendly throughout the evening despite the restaurant being very busy. Overall everything was at the highest level: food quality, presentation, atmosphere and service. It is clearly a very popular restaurant for a reason. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys excellent seafood.
