I don't usually write reviews, but a place like this deserves all the praise.
The raw fish was spectacular, and as a pre-starter, an exceptional widgeon.
We continued with two first courses and a Catalan-style pasta dish, all truly superb.
We finished with zuppa inglese and homemade gelato.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable, but a special mention goes to Gianbattista, who served us from start to finish. A waiter who clearly showed how much he loves his job. Well done, everyone!

Every now and then, I stop by this renowned restaurant in the hills, always with great satisfaction. We dined on the veranda with a panoramic view and a spectacular sunset over the Riviera. The amuse bouche with octopus and guacamole was unusual but delicious. The raw fish was superior in quality and variety; then came the seafood pasta in white sauce, flavorful but not salty and very natural. I drank an excellent Albana wine, which I wasn't familiar with, recommended by the sommelier, who was knowledgeable but not pedantic. There's no menu, and therefore no prices, but for this restaurant I'm making an exception because the quality is top-notch and consistent over time.

A well-known name for something that has perhaps been somewhat lost over time.
Speaking of what I ordered:
The wine list is superb, and the raw seafood is spectacular.
The pasta with burrata and shrimp was good.
The mixed grill could be improved; the fish was small, especially the sole.
The entire menu is spoken, so you should at least have it repeated a few times.
Come for an occasion, to say you were there.
Book well in advance.

Beh zona di ubicazione del Ristorante in collina piuttosto interessante; si vede fino al mare !!
Mise en place abbastanza elegante...i bicchieri base non ci siamo ...quelli da Champagne ok ci siamo !
Sala piena ed ovviamente qualche rumore di troppo ;
Credo praticamente solo pesce,materia prima di altissimo livello e lavorazioni minime ..per noi crudo per tutti ..vapore per tutti ed 2 assaggi di primi;
Nulla da dire tutto buonissimo compreso il pane con burro ;
Carta interessante con molti Champagne e prezzi direi tutto sommato morigerati; per noi 1 metodo classico Haderburg buono ed 1 Champagne Frederic Savart eccellente;
Servizio simpatico e disponibile ma von qualche disattenzione di troppo quando passano con i carrelli ...ma la sala era piena e ci sta;
Prezzi come previsto 115€ a testa ed eravamo in 4 e ci sta ...solo di vino abbiamo speso 160€ !!
