I piatti sono di alto livello, presentabili e con servizio di qualità. Ottimo abbinamento con i calici suggeriti dal cameriere. Personale cortese e sorridente per tutta la durata del pranzo. Una bella esperienza. Da provare crudo e pesce al vapore.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo cenate alle “Terre Alte” in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio ed effettivamente è - a ragione- considerato un ristorante esclusivo. L’ambiente è elegante e curato ma non opulento, i tavoli sono sufficientemente distanziati e il personale è attento e gentile. I clienti vengono accolti da professionisti che sanno anche consigliare il vino giusto. Il menù è costituito da pochi piatti ma sono tutti perfettamente cucinati.Noi abbiamo preso i carpacci che sono stati proposti con una guarnizione semplice che esaltava la pregiatissima materia prima, buonissimo il rombo (soaso) al forno fatto alla meditteranea. Il conto è assolutamente adeguato rispetto al cibo ottimo che abbiamo gustato. Lo consiglio!

08/01/2025: Located in the municipality of Bagno di Romagna, a stone's throw from a lake, there is this restaurant which is also a hotel... from the outside it is a bit anonymous but as you enter the feeling of being well looked after and refined comes over you, you are immediately welcomed and accommodated with professionalism, after a few moments the various waiters and the sommelier follow each other... all very knowledgeable and friendly who make suggestions based on your needs. The menu is gourmet so dishes are not "filler" but refined cuisine in combinations and on the quality of local products... the taste response in my opinion is excellent, the service impeccable, the choice of wines is vast and targeted to enhance the courses or your tastes... the prices are naturally appropriate for this type of restaurant... recommended

19/01/2025: It was one of the most beautiful gastronomic discoveries for my tastes. Spectacular homemade pasta, abundant and well-seasoned dishes. Special mention for the cheese cappelletti, an absolute must-try.
