Beh zona di ubicazione del Ristorante in collina piuttosto interessante; si vede fino al mare !!
Mise en place abbastanza elegante...i bicchieri base non ci siamo ...quelli da Champagne ok ci siamo !
Sala piena ed ovviamente qualche rumore di troppo ;
Credo praticamente solo pesce,materia prima di altissimo livello e lavorazioni minime ..per noi crudo per tutti ..vapore per tutti ed 2 assaggi di primi;
Nulla da dire tutto buonissimo compreso il pane con burro ;
Carta interessante con molti Champagne e prezzi direi tutto sommato morigerati; per noi 1 metodo classico Haderburg buono ed 1 Champagne Frederic Savart eccellente;
Servizio simpatico e disponibile ma von qualche disattenzione di troppo quando passano con i carrelli ...ma la sala era piena e ci sta;
Prezzi come previsto 115€ a testa ed eravamo in 4 e ci sta ...solo di vino abbiamo speso 160€ !!

Excellent cuisine, but an overcrowded environment to the detriment of tranquility and service which was rushed and superficial. Very noisy, great confusion in the room.

Booked half an hour before arriving, it seemed like they were showing off but the place was really full.
Stunning place for the location, the view and the decor.
The food speaks for itself, there is no less written, cold or hot fish appetizers. We had the raw ones, very good even in sufficient quantities to enjoy them, then a white risotto with freshly cooked fish, truly spectacular, an honest bottle of wine at a reasonable price and finally two desserts that were both a work of art as you can see from the attached photos!
Extremely professional service, even if it could be improved on some aspects for example cleaning the crumbs on the table that you saw the various types of bread they bring you, one more exquisite than the other, inevitably the crumbs accumulate on the table.
But this really looking for a hair in the egg ...
Truly an experience that is worth almost € 200 that we paid for two.
The only really important flaw is the fact that there is no written menu, neither on the website nor on site, you are told what you can eat and you have no idea what the cost of what you could take might be.
This is a real shame, because even the economic element would complete the knowledge to decide if and what to eat.
The wine list exists very well detailed and with prices.
When we have the opportunity, we frequent restaurants comparable to this one, we also get information through the reviews and the website and normally we find the prices already on the website and when they are not on the website, through the reviews we always manage to get an idea of the menu and the costs…

Sublime quality in Terre Alte, unique location with a wonderful view, from raw to first courses, real taste experiences, impeccable wine cellar, excellent service, what can I say, super super recommended! 😉

Piatti ben preparati sia dal punto di vista estetico sia da quello del gusto,prodotti freschi e ben lavorati,servizio di buon livello ,per una bella cena in coppia direi che qui non sbagliate!ci torneremo.
