This place makes me want to return to Verona. It has a great view of the bridge and the castle opposite. The drinks are well-made, the service is good, and the atmosphere is memorable.

This place is a really lovely café. I personally visited in November, and I highly recommend exploring Verona in the autumn months. The sparrows flying around are so used to people that you can take some really nice photos. We came here with a friend from Verona and absolutely loved it. The only downside was that a couple of the waiters seemed a bit inattentive, but other than that, everything was perfect — and the coffee is very reasonably priced.

We stopped by for a quick glass of wine: even though the terrace was fully booked, they told us that if a table became available, they'd seat us... and so it was! We enjoyed two glasses of Valpolicella overlooking the river and a small appetizer (eggplant puff pastry, peanuts, chips, and two tomato bruschettas). Final bill: €10. Really excellent value for money, and the staff were very friendly. Recommended for a toast with a view!

We went for an aperitif. We were on the terrace overlooking the Ponte Pietra...stunning view, romantic atmosphere, excellent service. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back!

29/10/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying our wedding dinner with family at the beautiful Le Gemme. There's only one thing to say: Bravo! It's not just about a meal – what they create here is true art. We were captivated from beginning to end and are still absolutely thrilled, even days after the wedding. The creative, magnificent, and fresh creations by Chef Andrea and the absolutely superb service from Lara are second to none. We felt completely at ease, enjoyed the breathtaking view, and are eager to take a cooking class so we can see them again. If you're visiting the beautiful Lake Garda, Torri del Benaco, Le Gemme should definitely be on everyone's list. It must also be said that the location is unique not only because of the view but also because of the incredible attention to detail. Thank you so much, Lara and Andrea! You gave us an unforgettable evening, and we can't wait to visit you again.
20/10/2025: Cooking workshop of Italian food, in a stunning location with a stunning view of Lake Garda. The hosts Lara and Andrea are pleasant and professional. They taught us how to prepare authentic Italian food of a high standard that was very tasty! Recommended wholeheartedly

15/11/2025: Excellent experience, traditional food and wines, excellent fish and meat; excellent value for money. We ate outside, and the restaurant has heating lamps, so it's very well equipped. I highly recommend it.
09/11/2025: Summary: An okay place — nothing memorable, but not bad either. The service could be friendlier. The waiter who initially greeted us was attentive in explaining the day's menu, which was a positive. However, the rest of the staff seemed a bit impatient: they made strange expressions when I mentioned I didn't want water and again when I asked for the wine list. For starters, we ordered prosciutto with mozzarella and bruschetta. The dish came with half a ball of mozzarella, a few slices of prosciutto, and two half slices of bread, a portion well below expectations — especially considering the price, since in other places we pay less for something more elaborate. The main courses were just "okay," something that could easily be made at home, which makes the cost-benefit ratio questionable. I also noticed that most of the staff had a closed expression. It could just be a bad day or something personal, but it creates a strange impression in a restaurant with this price range.
