Already the sign, with this beautiful name, “Terrae Madre”, instantly captures you as soon as you arrive in Pietrasecca. Then you enter, and it seems like you're crossing the threshold of a house, with that very "village" door, in front of which you feel like knocking and asking permission. Despite the refined appearance of the place, you immediately understand that you find yourself in a genuine environment, surrounded by quality wines and homemade jams and compotes, like everything you will taste, bread, pasta, desserts, vegetables from the garden with an unmistakable flavour. The atmosphere that is created and that the owner Luigi himself helps to create, makes you feel as if all the guests belonged to one family. The attention also paid to the children (two were present during our dinner, one of which was our 1 and a half year old daughter) was exemplary. The food and cocktails, mixed perfectly, are a triumph for the palate. Crunchy and tasty bread, vegetables with a strong flavour, juicy and delicious meat that melts in your mouth. Desserts with a unique flavour. Believe me when I tell you that the Crème Caramel had a freshness, consistency and deliciousness that I had never tried before. We can't wait to return to the country to relive this experience of purity and delicacy.

Delightful restaurant, few tables in a welcoming and refined environment.
Luigi is a kind host and attentive to the customer's needs, the service took place in the right time despite the place being full for Easter lunch.
Excellent quality raw materials and many homemade products. The cellar is also good.
Congratulations to Francesca who puts simplicity, passion and mastery into her dishes.
The asparagus and bacon gnocchi, the lamb with olives and brandy and the selection of local cured meats are delicious.
Excellent lunch, highly recommended.

I've been going to this restaurant for a while now. Truly fantastic. Top quality food with products coming directly from our own production, even with homemade pasta. The cook is exceptional, with truly exquisite and well-presented dishes. What can we say about the owner Gigi, very nice. I recommend it to everyone. If you go for the first time you will definitely return, also because the prices are fair for the quality of the food.

Davvero una piacevole sorpresa nella bella piazzetta di Pietrasecca! Pranzo di qualità, ricercato senza risultare snob. Antipasto , primi , secondi e dolci..abbiamo assaggiato tutto e davvero molto soddisfatti . Il proprietario ti fa stare bene, sia la veranda che la sala interne sono accoglienti e il prezzo accessibilissimo di questi tempi...abbinateci anche una passeggiata per Pietrasecca o una gita alle grotte e la domenica diventa Top
