A very pleasant experience. Even though we arrived a little late, around 2:15 PM, we were greeted with extreme kindness and courtesy. The staff who served us was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and never overbearing.
We shared a house appetizer, all quality cured meats, with excellent local cheeses and jams, accompanied by exceptionally fresh bread.
Then we each had a first course, including a dish of the day, which was plentiful and also excellent.
The price was absolutely reasonable for the service and quality of the food. We really appreciated the tranquility and relaxation of the place, which immediately put us at ease even though, as mentioned, it wasn't very early. Furthermore, the village is also very charming for a stroll through the historic streets.
A pleasant addition is the fact that they also have a wide range of homemade jams, legumes, and oils for sale, which make excellent little souvenirs.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return if we're in the area again.

A little place, a gem, in a small village... you'd expect a rustic place and home-made food...
while the place is welcoming and the decor is meticulously maintained.
The food is exquisitely crafted, full of both aesthetic and culinary delights,
the raw materials are far above average.
The quality, even of simple dishes, is a must-have at this place.
The service is perfect in both timing and manner.
We had a mixed antipasto, cured meats, and high-quality cheese.
Bruschetta with vegetables... a simple dish, but the quality of the ingredients and the preparation make all the difference.
Wild boar stew in white wine, a triumph of flavors, incredibly tender meat, no classic game aftertaste.
The side dishes are well-sautéed and seasoned, the baked potatoes are crispy and soft.
All served with amazing bread...

The owner is incredibly friendly. The bruschetta is unforgettable. The garden soup and the "tributes al pecoraro" (homemade pasta with ricotta and guanciale) are also wonderful. They also have an excellent Umbrian red wine.

A fantastic, unique place with attention to detail, friendly and courteous staff, and exceptional food with traditional dishes revisited in a gourmet style, definitely worth trying again and again.

The food is definitely excellent, and everything is top-quality.
The only thing is that the owner is overly friendly (he does this with every table, but not all customers are the same). Halfway through the meal, he'll leave you a note asking for a review.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until the end of the meal to ask for feedback.
The food is still very good.
