A very welcoming place, with delicious cuisine, with top quality products, we were very well attended by the staff and Chef Eros, with great warmth. I recommend this restaurant!!!

Everything is perfect, in addition to the high quality of the raw materials and the great ability and creativity of the Chef, there is a clear intention to involve the guest in everything, taking care of even the small details, such as offering various tastings and appetizers to those who are not eating, so that no one has to watch others eat, even if they didn't order anything. Everything was truly perfect, including the friendliness, the preparation of the staff and the bill which was in line with expectations. Considering how and how much we ate, the price is super honest, excellent value for money. Highly recommended are the Cappellacci, the duck and the guinea fowl; for dessert, the excellent tiramisu with Cuban flavours. I came for dinner with my family and had the pleasure of meeting the Chef, complimenting him personally. If we return to this area, we will definitely go again to the Temple of Taste, in name and in fact.

A place that has very nice internal rooms but without air conditioning so we ate in the square. Refined dishes, good and very well presented; service worthy of the price which is certainly not cheap.

The confirmation, after years and years, that for me it is the best possible restaurant. Beyond a refined and elegant environment, beyond the impeccable service, the dishes are something spectacular. The fresh truffle, the particular combinations, the unique flavors and, above all, off-menu tastings that make everything very interesting. In short, if you pass through Spoleto this is an obligatory stop.

Ottima cucina ma caduta di stile su alcuni aspetti del servizio. L'opportunità di avere nuovi clienti in un potenziale "doppio turno" ci ha fatto sentire spinti a terminare troppo velocemente la cena con piatti ritirati velocemente e secondo calice del menù " dimenticato"... Peccato perché gli strangozzi al tartufo e l'antipasto erano eccellenti ma da un ristorante di questo livello ci saremmo aspettati di più lato experience complessiva.

Very well-kept restaurant, a bit too exaggerated, so we didn't make a reservation inside. Unfortunately, the first thing that hit us was old frying fat. The service staff was very friendly and tried hard. There was a greeting from the kitchen, which unfortunately was baked because there was no more fresh fat. The portions were nouvelle cousine and everything was very tasty. Very experimental - the caponata was great but that foam from the burrata spoiled the taste. Otherwise everything is ok.

I took a land menu: millefeuille with truffle fondue, strangozzi with truffle, fillet and semifreddo with exotic fruit. Everything was exceptional and a note of merit for the starter and the first course... divine! In addition to the excellent menu and the well-kept location, the courtesy and kindness of the staff are also worthy of note: the chef also offered a taste of the starter and first course to my girlfriend as she had only ordered a second course and a dessert: as Don't be surprised and above all how can you not appreciate these precautions!
