From the moment we entered until we left the restaurant, we were greeted and treated with kid gloves. The dishes, masterfully executed and impeccably arranged by the chef, are served with warmth and expertise by the wait staff. We booked for Easter evening, since we were just passing through, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The chef was kind enough to serve a sampling to the other friends sitting at our table who hadn't ordered an appetizer or dessert, so as not to leave them without a plate while the others ate. A truly remarkable courtesy, and above all, much appreciated. The quality/price ratio is unmatched by the quality of the food and service. An absolute must-see if you're passing through Spoleto.

If you're looking for a place to feel pampered, this is the place. Last night with friends, we enjoyed a private room and impeccable service. The cuisine is a journey of flavors, and the table management was masterful, with complimentary samples for those who hadn't ordered a course so no one was left to watch others eat. Everything, from the table setting to the final bill, was perfect. A truly fair value for money.

It's a cuisine that not only satisfies, but surprises. Special recognition goes to the waiters: friendly, charming, and eager to explain, recommend, and describe the dishes with passion. They made the experience even more enjoyable. But what truly amazed us was the bill: truly modest compared to the exceptionally high level of service and food. We ate excellence... without having to spend a fortune. A true rarity!! In short: a place to return to time and time again. A restaurant that combines quality, care, and passion in every detail. We arrived without a reservation. The welcome and service were excellent. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. The tasting menu was exquisite, with quality ingredients and top-notch cooking techniques. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
