Excellent food, impeccable service, stunning surroundings

After 20 years it is still an experience of the senses! A harmonious union between palate and soul.

It was the first time I ate here and I must say that I was very satisfied, excellent service, very friendly staff, delicious food, very welcoming and elegant place.

I chose the €40 land menu - Sweet caciottina millefeuille with truffle cream - Hand-pulled strangozzi with truffles - Pork fillet in a crust with star anise 2 glasses of red (good) included in the price I didn't have dessert or even coffee included in the menu price. I probably don't know much about food given the numerous positive reviews but personally I found everything disappointing (aside from the wine). Then I don't understand this general modus operandi that if a customer takes the full menu and then doesn't take the dessert (the waiter having been informed in advance of my refusal) or even the coffee, there isn't a minimal reduction in the final price. Even though the place is characteristic, I didn't find it comfortable, my table was small and drafts of air came in from the window behind me and given the winter season it's not the greatest comfort. Kind and attentive staff who are committed but show a certain inexperience.

There couldn't have been a more appropriate name, it's truly a fantastic experience that gratifies the taste buds!

The food is also decent even if there would be some complaints about some of the cured meats, but the service and environment are truly terrible. I'm sorry but the boy in the dining room really took away my appetite... dirty hands under my nails, dirty service clothes, bad breath from reflux with a cold that continuously brings up the mucus even in front of the diners and an unkempt beard. Poorly maintained environment, cold coming in through the window and half-dismantled fireplaces left in the room

Truly remarkable. All dishes, even the simplest, are very carefully prepared and studied, offering an uncommon experience.

Tried land tasting menu. The highlight is definitely the truffle tagliolini... delicious! Excellent value for money. The service was also top notch.

Piccolo locale in centro, atmosfera elegante e romantica, personale attento e costantemente presente. Piatti particolari con abbinate di sapori non ordinari, ottimi i classici al tartufo nero e bianco. Costo un po’ elevato ma adeguato al livello e al servizio.

Ottima cucina ma caduta di stile su alcuni aspetti del servizio. L'opportunità di avere nuovi clienti in un potenziale "doppio turno" ci ha fatto sentire spinti a terminare troppo velocemente la cena con piatti ritirati velocemente e secondo calice del menù " dimenticato"... Peccato perché gli strangozzi al tartufo e l'antipasto erano eccellenti ma da un ristorante di questo livello ci saremmo aspettati di più lato experience complessiva.
