We arrived without a reservation. The welcome and service were excellent. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. The tasting menu was exquisite, with quality ingredients and top-notch cooking techniques. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

A wonderful discovery. Last night's dinner was a true journey of flavors: elegantly presented dishes and the freshest ingredients. The attentive yet unobtrusive service deserves special mention. A must-see for anyone who loves good food.

Arriving without a reservation, I was clearly told there would be a wait. I decided not to give up and patiently lingered inside, near the door, where I could see how quickly and efficiently they served the tables, all of which were occupied. Meanwhile, they found time to hang my coat, offer me a drink several times, and let me look at the menu. Once seated, I chose a tasting menu, based on local produce: from the amuse-bouche to the coffee (served with meringues, amaretti, and miniature desserts), I found everything excellent. Special mention goes to the appetizer and the first course, with truffles, with their unmistakably intoxicating aroma. The service was attentive, the price was appropriate for the quality of the food, and the courtesy shown to customers, even those like me, who were just passing through.

I've rarely eaten at a restaurant that completely satisfied me, and this one is also a testament to its name. The service was priceless, and the food was exceptional, even in its presentation. I dined there for New Year's Eve and the following evening, and it was simply a confirmation. Compliments to the chef are absolutely due. Well done everyone!
