A lovely restaurant in the center of Spoleto, with attentive service and elaborate, yet not overly so, dishes. A varied menu for all tastes. I would recommend this restaurant.

Chef Eros pampers you in the kitchen and in the dining room, he caters to your every desire. The white truffle dishes are excellent, and overall, a truly unique experience. A GREAT DISCOVERY We walked a lot, especially uphill, to find this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. The welcome was excellent, and they offer different dining rooms with different atmospheres. The service is professional and attentive. The dishes are original and refined. Everything is perfect. Thank you, Le Routard, for this wonderful place. We had an unforgettable time.

Walked in for lunch without reservations, had the Umbrian Chefs multi course lunch full of local flavors, well prepared dishes and excellent service-even one dish served by the Chef-and of course wine 🍷. Thanks to the team for a great experience! Ladies, note the shelved table at the end of the dining table, is for your purse!

12/12/2025: We left Rome to visit Spoleto and were unfamiliar with this restaurant. We found it delightful, with an elegant yet welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Delicious dishes were served impeccably, and the service was impeccable in every way. The owner and staff were truly wonderful, friendly, and very professional. It's definitely worth a repeat visit to experience this wonderful experience!
