Today on the occasion of the Saluzzo carnival we had lunch here.
The choice was a tasting menu for my husband while I chose an appetizer and a first course. Traditional cuisine with a touch of refinement and excellent quality of raw materials,
served with courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Quick but very good lunch, carefully prepared and presented with excellent local ingredients...I had: a starter of boiled potatoes🥔 with mini tomini from Val Maira and garlic sauce🧄and then a first course of fresh pasta (agnolotti) covered🥖🧂🍽 and water totaling €25. I will definitely return more calmly

La nostra aspettativa di provare piatti e prodotti tipici del territorio saluzzese è stata pienamente soddisfatta.
Le nostre scelte sono state agevolate dal menù online detagliato negli ingredienti: il misto di antipasti (nel periodo mocetta col formaggio tete de moine, tartare di fassona e cipolla, bignè ai peperoni con crema d’acciughe e aglio selvatico), ravioles (gnocchi di patate) al castelmagno, i gobbi di Saluzzo (grossi plin) burro e grana.
Cortesi nel servizio.
Prezzi contenuti: con entree offerta di focaccia e lardo, acqua, caffè moka, 1/2 litro di buon vino della casa 35€ a testa

Invitati da amici abbiamo mangiato una ottima cena. Materie prime di altissima qualità. Una ricerca di abbinamento che si è esaltata in una squisita crema di aglio ursino. Cantina di alto livello! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca, difficile parlarsi al tavolo a causa di una acustica complicata. Consiglierei la posa di 2/3 pannelli fonoassorbenti. Da tornarci.
