I hadn't eaten here in 18 years, but I already loved it—the food was good and the team was wonderful. Life took me far away, but tonight I returned and... my heart skipped a beat! The food is even better, more mature, with more experience. The owners are always so kind, and it seems as if time has stood still on their faces. You can't help but sit at their tables and enjoy the balance that permeates every dish.

A restaurant where you can truly enjoy excellent food. The excellent quality of the dishes continues to be top-notch, and in my opinion, it remains one of the best restaurants in Saluzzo. Excellent ingredients, exquisite staff, and a very well-curated wine list.

I liked everything, almost everything, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. Obviously, as usual, it's a matter of personal taste and not universally valid. After a tasty sampling of appetizers, excellent fondue-filled plin sprinkled with truffle shavings and capunet with toma cheese... I didn't like the coffee (made with a moka pot, which I liked), it didn't seem to be 100% Arabica, and I didn't like the small sweets that accompanied it, small wafers with walnuts and honey. No big deal, it's worth a visit.

I stopped by this restaurant one evening for dinner at the recommendation of a friend.
The atmosphere is casual yet refined, as are the dishes: traditional dishes, but prepared and plated with taste and care.
The staff is friendly, courteous, and cheerful.
A must-try if you're staying in Saluzzo.

We arrived at lunchtime without a reservation and were greeted very kindly, with great help in choosing as a celiac. We tried Piedmontese dishes that were well presented and well cooked. Friendly atmosphere, nice table setting, pleasant wine selection, good value for money and, last but not least, very convenient parking nearby.
