Dinner as a couple wow we finally managed to have dinner in this beautiful restaurant in Saluzzo, I must say that it was a confirmation of the quality but congratulations for the innovation and professional growth. Well done, very good indeed

Locale piccolo, atmosfera familiare, servizio informale ma attento. Piatti della cucina piemontese ben presentati e ben curati, il più gettonato era la tartare di fassona. Carta dei vini non enciclopedica, ma organica, con prevalenza di quelli piemontesi, ricarichi onesti. Altrettanto onesto il conto finale. Consiglio la prenotazione, soprattutto nei fine settimana, a occhio ci sono una trentina di coperti.

Small, well-kept and clean environment, kind and professional service, very good Piedmontese cuisine (menu choices rightly limited to 4 or 5 dishes per course) and excellent wine list (always in relation to the type of establishment). Costs in line with quality and quantity of food and drinks.

Delicious and traditional food, excellent quality. Wonderful wines, several from local/piemontese wineries. Hosts are the best. The place is cozy and quiet.

Tutto era molto buono e curato, cucina tipica molto apprzzata e servizio puntuale e cortese. Peccato solo l'acustica che con il locale pieno rendeva un pò difficile la comunicazione.

11/08/2024: A place and environment with attention to the smallest details. We dined on their beautiful terrace, enjoying fabulous food and very friendly service from Ambra. They also recommended restaurants in the Lake Maggiore area, which we told her would be our next stop on the trip. A big thank you to Ambra and the whole team and just one piece of advice: install air conditioning inside and a ventilation system on the terrace to better withstand the heat of the increasingly hot summers.

21/08/2024: Simply superb local food and wine served and cooked by a passionate family team!! If you're in the neighborhood of Cuneo, Piedmont, appreciate excellence in food and value for money, you need to eat here! We tried the 66€ discovery 5-course menu, perfectly portioned, cooked, plated, and chosen by the kitchen, explained by the server, accompanied by a bottle of excellent light dry red wine from a small local vineyard (25€). We enjoyed three extra amuse bouche offerings, coffee, and a complementary extra sweet with the dessert course, plus complementary Amaretto and Grappa after we'd settled the bill. Fewer courses and less expensive options are available.
