Weekday Sunday family lunch. A wonderful discovery at this restaurant in the historic center of Spoleto. Welcoming, with thoughtful details, and excellent local food.

Very close to the main square, a pleasant and charming atmosphere, and friendly and efficient staff.
A varied menu; we had hemp gnocchi with orange duck ragù, soup of the day, and an appetizer of melted cheese crostini with truffle and sautéed vegetables. Everything was excellent and anything but ordinary.
Absolutely reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, I read they will be closing in January 2026.

Five stars without hesitation!
I was impressed by this restaurant's plant-based offerings!
The experience was excellent, both for the quality and attention to detail of the food, and for the friendly and professional service! I tried the pumpkin parmigiana and the vegetarian appetizer🤩
What also caught my attention was the decor and atmosphere, which draws heavily from Eastern traditions and cultures.
I also tried the Ayurvedic herbal tea, and the owner (a yoga teacher) was available to advise me!
A must-try in Spoleto! I'll be back, thank you!

Seven of us ate and paid a very fair price. The dishes were typical Umbrian, well-cooked and of excellent quality. The first courses were very good, both the pasta and the soups. The second courses were typical of the region. The atmosphere is windowless but well-lit.

Beautiful tavern, warm and quaint atmosphere. Excellent service, tasty vegan dishes. Pet-friendly (we were comfortable with our large Cane Corso puppy). Fair price. Worth considering when visiting the city if you're vegan.

A lovely restaurant in Spoleto's historic center, with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu offering a decent variety.
I tried the hemp gnocco for my first course, which had a distinctive flavor but was overall delicious and interesting. The restaurant offers spacious interiors and a few outdoor tables, perfect for nice weather.
The only downside was the service: sitting outside, our dishes were very late, we received little attention, and I even had to wait a long time at the register to pay. There didn't seem to be a particularly busy crowd, so perhaps it was just bad luck.
Overall, however, it was a good experience, with the quality of the food adequate for the price.
