We found our culinary place in Spoleto. Excellent flavors, well presented, friendly service. I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! Great service, perfect atmosphere, and the dishes look like from a Michelin-starred restaurant! ;)

I had already been a guest in this place in January and I returned at the end of August to try the cuisine again. The products are top quality and well prepared. The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.

Splendid dinner to say goodbye to Spoleto, dishes worthy of note. Everything perfect.

This evening we had dinner at this place recommended by locals and we must admit that both the raw materials and the way they are processed are excellent! But there are things that we recommend reviewing: out of concern for customers, at the time of booking made 2 hours before our arrival we were not informed that the POS was out of service but we were only informed when ordering the food despite it was out of service since the morning as we were told, waiting more than an hour for a first course because they missed the convenience was boring, when we asked for information on the preparation of desserts we were given wrong information for example the cooked cheesecake it's not like in the urinal prescription and we weren't even asked how it went and if everything was fine and finally it's not very reassuring as a customer to see that those who work constantly drink alcohol, if you want do it without problems but with discretion, also because it could as in this evening creating many distractions such as the loss of the order, asking if we wanted desserts when we were still waiting for the first courses and the icing on the cake handing over the bill adding courses not taken and as a customer I had to point it out. Will I go back anyway? NO

We ate inside the restaurant which does not have air conditioning but it was quite comfortable given the heat. There are also tables outside which are objectively beautiful but staying there in this heat would have been very tiring. Local dishes with vegan options too. Good value for money

It is a nice place with nice food. My only problem was the amount of my dish. The gnocchi was a good portion, although my choice was simply not enough. Since we didnt have much time, i didnt order a second plate, but for sure, the amount should be equal among the same type of food (like first plate, second plate etc). Its a pity that the desserts are not in the menu, i wanted to eat but since i had not seen in the menu, i thought they didnt have. When i paid my bill at the door, ive seen that they had cakes.
