Taverna del Sette In Trevi

We were so happy to get a table for lunch here! The meat is grilled on an open fire and although our table was a bit too close to the heat, the food was great! We loved the sausages and meat stuffed celery - a local ingredient for sure. Such a nice surprise!

Good raw materials and preparation... the presentation still needs some refinement.

Truly characteristic restaurant

Wonderful experience! A very beautiful and traditional place: stone with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and a fireplace, where they prepare some of their meat dishes. I chose it while walking by... The menu wasn't predictable, and the dishes were truly delicious. The desserts were excellent!! They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco, brought breadsticks and homemade bread, and offered freshly cooked gnocchi... something you'd usually find in upscale establishments. I found quality, tradition, kindness from the staff, and affordable prices. The prices are clearly visible, with no surprises...what surprised me was the quality of the dishes. We ate very well...we were going back the next day to try the meat, but we stumbled upon the onion festival and couldn't miss it! ;) We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Excellent food in a very special setting

Excellent place to stop for a meal if you're visiting Trevi. We used the Smartbox service, and I must say we found a place that offers a nice menu. The people were very kind to us and our four-legged friend. It's a very quaint place right in the historic center, with both indoor and outdoor seating. I forgot to take a picture of the grilled meat in the photos. All the dishes were delicious. I highly recommend it. I can't speak for the prices since we used the Smartbox service. Congratulations on everything, but given the number of people, I'd say the prices must be good too.

The onion soup is a must-try. The meat is incredibly tender. The atmosphere is very beautiful and quaint.

The location is beautiful. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is particularly evocative and charming; therefore, I recommend it. Excellent for a candlelit dinner.

A well-maintained and welcoming restaurant serving well-crafted Umbrian cuisine using excellent local ingredients. Prices are average for the category. The platter deserves special mention for both the quality and quantity of the ingredients. Highly recommended.

The service is extremely friendly, with friendly waiters and a welcome mini-entrée featuring a glass of bubbly and a traditional savory tart. The location is delightful, with an internal courtyard and an old building nestled in a narrow alleyway just off Trevi's main square, which, unfortunately, is a bit of a slope, like the rest of the historic center. But the real surprise is the top-quality food, carefully crafted and rooted in local tradition, ranging from grilled meats and specialties like pigeon or chicken livers, to several truly tempting vegetarian options, such as the selection of Umbrian pecorino cheeses (very mature), seasonal vegetables, and an unforgettable onion soup. Discovered by chance while wandering around Trevi, it's a place worth returning to.
