A quaint restaurant just outside Norcia, just a 2-minute drive from the center. We had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and the attention to detail was especially evident in the table setting. Fresh truffles were used in every course, the homemade pasta was delicious, and the quality of the fillet steak was truly exceptional, as was the cooking process, which deserves special mention. Very few restaurants get the rare done so well.
Here, it was truly impeccable, not to mention the flavor. It's difficult to pair gorgonzola and truffle, but to my surprise, the flavors alternated without one overpowering the other. Excellent.
Very fair prices for the quality offered.
I will definitely be back.

My family and I stopped by and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the excellent value for money. Even though the earthquake a few years ago forced the owners to leave the historic restaurant and move to a modern location on the outskirts of Norcia, the fine tradition has remained intact! I highly recommend it!
