The cheeses were of poor quality and the quantity was poor. The bruschetta was burnt and therefore bitter, even though the filling was good. A shame. The price was satisfactory.

A quaint restaurant just outside Norcia, just a 2-minute drive from the center. We had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and the attention to detail was especially evident in the table setting. Fresh truffles were used in every course, the homemade pasta was delicious, and the quality of the fillet steak was truly exceptional, as was the cooking process, which deserves special mention. Very few restaurants get the rare done so well.
Here, it was truly impeccable, not to mention the flavor. It's difficult to pair gorgonzola and truffle, but to my surprise, the flavors alternated without one overpowering the other. Excellent.
Very fair prices for the quality offered.
I will definitely be back.
