Hemos encontrado CASA SAVINI TARTUFI - @casasavinitartufi - un spin-off restaurante de SAVINI TARTUFI - @savinitartufi - un conocido comerciante italiano de trufa. Situado a pocos pasos del castillo de Sforzesco y el barrio de Brera, el restaurante es una pequeña joya con interiores cálidos y modernos, con clase pero no opulentos. - NUESTRA RESEÑA La ubicación del restaurante, junto con los interiores modernos, lo convierte en una opción perfecta para comidas de negocios y ocasiones especiales, ni menos también un gran lugar para comer entre compras o paseos turísticos. El menú, aparte de la Trufa Experience, ofrece una cocina italiana moderna - clásica con gran atención a los productos y el equilibrio. El servicio, profesional y atento, viene con un enfoque cálido y amable que podría ser etiquetado como "muy milanés". Nuestro menú Truffle Experience fue perfectamente ejecutado: los excelentes ingredientes respetados para mejorar sus características centrales y entregar su fuerza pura para apoyar y resaltar el rey de cada plato: Trufa fresca. 3.5 out of 5.0. We had high expectation for this truffle dish restaurant but unfortunately this became a disappointing choice, especially considering its high price. The best one is the catch of today. The fish tender and its skin is crispy. The vege is crunchy and potato mash tastes smooth. A couple of disappointing one: - The spaghetti of black truffle spaghetti tastes much below par in my understanding of Italian standard. I can confirm that it was really soaky when I was staying in different Milan restaurants in subsequent days. I think it ruins the joy of black truffle. - Chef recommended tuna tartare is also below high standard. It has many tendons inside and is far from the excellent one I have ever had. - Truffle salad is reasonably fine but a bit dry. We forgot to ask for oil and salt, but the waiter/ress also did not ask if we need them The service is generally very good though, and the atmosphere is also comfortable.

Very cozy small scale venue with great menu and vino selection

We tried two types of pasta. They were very delicious, especially the ones with truffles, but their price is very high. But for those who love pasta, I advise you to try them.

Wonderful place, high quality food and service. The friendliness and hospitality of Karol and Mauro make you feel immediately at ease, the service staff is attentive and present but never intrusive. I had the opportunity to dine in this restaurant both privately and in the company of colleagues and in both cases I was very satisfied.

The girl is the rudest waitress I have ever met, anxious and unprofessional on a Saturday night marked by bad manners. The food was bad, making our dinner a sad affair.

Excellent place; intimate, elegant with excellent service. A wide choice Mediterranean menu as well as a party dedicated to Truffles. Just one word, I LOVE IT!

The service was super. The atmosphere refined but not pretentious. The food was superb: the slow cooked egg is sublime, as were all variants of pasta with freshly grated truffle. Will definitely go again!

Siamo stati ieri sera con amici in questo ristorante con la nuova gestione. Ambiente molto piacevole, uno dei pochi ristoranti dove si riesce a parlare senza rimbombo di voci. Cibo ottimo filetto super ,tacos con tartare di tonno ottimo Da provare
