Sergio. Excellent restaurant. It's a shame they're a bit lost in the execution of their specialty. The tagliolini with white truffle, for the respectable price of €55, unfortunately leaves much to be desired due to the excessive use of butter, which prevents the formation of a compact dish in which the truffle itself stands out, rather than the butter. We'll be back, certain that reading this loving review will lead to greater attention.
