Absolutely a must-try, this place has a sophisticated atmosphere that focuses entirely on truffles. Their truffle pasta is a standout.

I went on August 24th, we arrived from a trip and went to advance our reservation from 6pm to 4pm and it was ok because there was only one table occupied inside. Very hot, we wanted to stay in the air conditioning, they only have 2 tables inside that were occupied, we stayed outside and were very hot. The dish was ok and not well served, the price was not fair. I won't be back.

Before coming, we thought it’s a tourist place. We passed near the restaurant and decided to try it. It was an amazing experience. Everything was tasty. The stuff was amazing and we had a lot of options for gluten-free. Definitely recommended you have to try this place.

Great taste of dog food! it is delicious! I'm going to eat a year's worth of crazy truffles. And the lamb is delicious too. It reminds me of it again!!
Marco looks like Tom Hardy! Friendly and so funny haha. Koreans, please go twice or three times and eat a lot of the signature carbonara haha marko grazie haha

If I come to Rome one more time
I 100% intend to visit again.
In Italy, I always say Male Salle Male Salle (make it salty), but even the truffle carbonara here is seasoned perfectly.
Just pay an extra 8 euros and add truffle.
Beef steak is perfect too
If you want spicy olive oil, add a little salt and pepper to the jjajja and it will taste delicious.
I also passed this on to the Korean people sitting next to me haha.

We were referred by a friend. We liked the setting and feel until the large “fan” for the air conditioning started next to us. It was loud and obnoxious. Service was mediocre. The provided bread service but no place for the olive oil.

Tipico bar/ Ristorante del Centro di Roma , però non il solito locale turistico : piatti di primissima qualità , materie prime eccedenti attraente carta dei vini , e sopratutto il TARTUFO , che la fa da padrone !
