Very positive food and flavor experience. Fixed menu though, meat or fish, at least when I went. Average service, also acceptable setting. I forgot......, super convenient price.

I came across this place on an autumn Sunday, excellent welcome, typically Calabrian restaurant with traditional dishes, nothing very particular, slightly outdated furnishings (this is not necessarily a criticism, the important thing is the substance). The meat with potatoes were good (even though I had asked for baked potatoes and they arrived fried, but never mind) and the first courses were good but average. However, I recommend it, the owner asked us twice if everything was okay, these are things that I personally appreciate.

Posto bello e accogliente specialmete la saletta con camino. Personale professionale e cordiale. Cibo veramente ottimo e abbondante. L'antipasto caldo e freddo era eccezionale con sapori calabresi. Sono stato fortunato che sono arrivati i funghi fresci e il signor Antonio mi ha fatto un piatto di pagliatella ai funghi porcini favoloso. Provate l'amaro silano. Questo locale è una tappa per quando vado a Catanzaro. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Franco - Monza

What a find. We were just driving down the road and decided to stop. The food was unbelievable. If you drive by this restaurant and don't stop shame on you.

This was an unplanned stop after finding the town where my grandmother was born. They were about to close but graciously told us to come on in. Everything we ate was superb, the appetizer of meats, cheeses, olives, and tomatoes. The primo course of tagliatelli e porcini, and the secondi course of scallopini. So good. I'll come back here again next time I'm in Italy!
