Excellent! The spaghetti is perfectly executed! We ordered 4 different dishes and everything was perfect! The quality of the products and the friendliness of the staff make this restaurant a perfect place to eat around a good bottle of wine (negroamaro), go for it!!

This place does the best seafood pasta and cacio e Pepe, and the parmigiana is insanely good. The service was excellent, would go again in a heartbeat.

Quick lunch break... Craving for pasta! Headed to this "spaghetti d'italia" restaurant. Despite several reservations, we were found a seat and given a very warm welcome. We enjoyed excellent food and friendly service. We even found something we had in common: the ramparts... those of Monopoli resemble those of Antibes ;) Highly recommended for both the meal and the welcome.

Impeccable service, Mr. Antonio was very attentive to every single need. Delicious food. I had the delicious and creamy spaghetti carbonara, the peppered mussels with bread croutons, simply fantastic, and the roasted squid rings. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were average. I highly recommend.

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant. Wir hatten beide Spaghetti und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Hochgenuss war aber das Dessert und schon deswegen sollte jeder hingehen. Eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und wir haben den Besuch genossen. Im Mai haben wir ein Tisch auch ohne Reservierung erhalten.

Panacea. estensione di sapore

21/08/2025: Panacea is a regular annual event for my family, and it never disappoints. Along with our favorites (like spaghetti all'assassina), we always try a few different dishes (this time the octopus), and the quality is consistently excellent. Thanks to all the staff.
20/08/2025: A very refined location. The dishes were served politely and professionally by a young, capable, and courteous staff, who were very friendly and courteous with the customers. A very pleasant evening.
