Really good pasta. We got welcomed with some homemade tzatziki sauce (very refreshing on this warm weather). What surprised me was the spicy olive oil served with the pasta- delicious.

We wholeheartedly recommend that place! That was our third visit here. The owner and staff once again welcomed us very warm and friendly. Food and wine were delicious like always.

My wife and I ordered the Carbonara pasta and a regional Puglia beer. We also got bread with tzatziki as a starter. The food was delicious. The owner speaks a few words of Polish and is very friendly and open to conversation. Best regards and, of course, a 5⭐.

14/04/2026: For dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the surprise menu, which offered sublime value for money. The dishes were very refined, featuring delicate regional flavors. Furthermore, we were served in a very friendly and enthusiastic manner. The accompanying wines were also delightful. Highly recommended if you are in Putignano!

27/04/2026: Place located at the entrance of Capurso, very suggestive, when you enter you feel like you are in the US ☺️ very abundant portions and quality for first choice food, if you want to spend an evening with friends and fill your stomach this is the right place
