Anyone expecting a simple pizza will be disappointed... here, pizza becomes a gourmet experience, with a sophisticated and impressive plating. The setting, created in a former church, is excellent. The place isn't huge, but I highly recommend it. You get the right price. I recommend the "Subasio" pizza; it's a truly unique experience.

Best gluten-free pinsa ever! Everything was delicious, with tons of gluten-free options (appetizers, pinsa, and desserts) that are very safe for celiacs (the owners are too).

Empty at lunch, two largish salads and water was 30 euro which is rather expensive. No locks on toilet which was clean and accessable. Salads were ok and olive oil, which we had to request, was very good

On Saturday evening (December 6, 2025), we had dinner at this wonderful restaurant in Spoleto. Excellent service, a beautiful and unique atmosphere, and the food was simply delicious! We had a pinsa rossa with prosciutto, a bufalina, and finally a chocolate cake—everything was excellent! Overall rating: 10 out of 10. When I return to Spoleto, I'll definitely have another dinner with you. Greetings to all the staff!

Excellent dinner at this restaurant nestled in the historic center of Spoleto. The food is good and plentiful. The price is also excellent. The pinsa dough is exceptional, crispy and light. I was informed that the mozzarella fiordilatte is made with vegetable rennet, which is great news for vegetarians. The waiter was very helpful.

Food was very good at lunch. They charged us 2€ each for coperto for lunch and we got nothing for it. They do that to tourists. Many other places to go in Spoleto for lunch and dinner where they dont treat you like a tourist.

I'll start by saying I ate there during the Feast of San Martino, where they offer a €25 menu: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, wine, water, and coffee.
Everything was delicious, congratulations to the restaurant management, we had a wonderful evening!

I recommend the pinza, good, cheap, and plentiful... The first courses, despite being very good, suffer from gourmet fever: small portions on large plates... Would I go back? Probably not, but the pinza...
