My partner and I went this evening, initially for an aperitif, then we stayed for dinner. The atmosphere is casual but pleasant. Monica is excellent, and she doesn't lose her cool despite her busy schedule. She's welcoming and helpful, and her service is very fast. The food is excellent. If you appreciate authentic food and a warm, no-frills welcome, this is the place for you! The wine is also top-notch.

Great selection of wines paired with excellent appetizers, all delicious! But what made us come back was definitely Monica, much more than just a waitress, extremely friendly and the true soul of the place. She served us and gave us impeccable advice. Highly recommended!

The best lunch we had in Friuli. Welcoming atmosphere, kind and attentive staff. We asked for a taste of local cheeses, and it was a true journey through flavors. Luca explained his products to us with great passion and professionalism. Francesco and Monica's kindness and attentiveness in serving us were equally impressive. The traditional dishes were also excellent.

A lovely, traditional trattoria in the center of Gorizia, very welcoming. Excellent food quality, and the wait wasn't too long even though the place was packed. We ordered: The most amazing dish: Tagliatelle with squid ink Struccolo with ricotta and spinach Everything was really good. We'll definitely be back.

05/03/2026: Had a really great experience at Silene AgriRistorante. The place has a calm, countryside atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Food was excellent, very fresh and clearly made with quality local ingredients. Every dish felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. Service was also friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet meal surrounded by nature. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to!

09/02/2026: Great pub atmosphere in Gorizia. Enjoyed a fantastic schnitzel; the price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. English is understood, but they are also happy if you speak Italian.
03/02/2026: You absolutely must visit this place; it's a dream in every respect.
