23/09/2025: I arrive in Cogne for the first time, greeted by vast green meadows and stunning mountains. I instinctively choose to have lunch at Bar Licone. It's a beautiful, intimate, and welcoming place. Craving pizza, I choose the Delicata from the white pizzas: excellent dough, generously topped with mocetta, goat cheese, two types of lettuce, and cherry tomatoes. Full and satisfied, I browse the menu, intending to return to try other dishes. And indeed, I spend the week having lunch or dinner here. The staff are kind and smiling, and above all, empathetic, an essential quality for those in this profession. I notice that the girl making the pizzas is wearing a mask. I've never seen that at other places. They take hygiene very seriously here, and the place is spotless, including the restrooms. Four-legged friends are welcome. Finally, they have a beautiful, heated outdoor area in the winter! My compliments! I highly recommend it. Elena (Milan)
