Restaurant in a small and charming village in Torre del Colle a few km from Bevagna with non-trivial cuisine, delicious sliced beef with potatoes and homemade tiramisu, top location and quality of food, very reasonable prices compared to the quality and beauty of the place, better in the evening which offers a special atmosphere, highly recommended

As soon as you cross the alleyway of Torre del Colle—a small hamlet nestled between ancient silences and stone walls—you're already enveloped in an almost suspended atmosphere. Through that short passage, you find yourself dining along a narrow corridor that seems to belong to another time: tables set among the houses, soft lights, and the sounds of the village acting as background music. The host is a cheerful presence: he chats with you, brings a smile to your face, making you feel at the center of the space, sheltered from the rest of the world. The food, however, leaves you a little... cold. There's nothing wrong with it: it's refined, clean, made with honest ingredients. But nothing surprises you, no flavor sticks in your memory, you tell yourself that perhaps you would have liked something more, an idea, that extra spark that sparks memories. And when it's time for dessert, you feel a little empty: you expected it as a grand finale, perhaps a moment of sugary happiness, but instead it's almost anonymous, missing that bang you longed for. But the place... that remains: the intimacy of the village, the charm of the stones, the host who welcomes you like a lifelong friend. And in the end, perhaps that's what matters, because sometimes a gentle voice and a well-lit alley are enough to make an evening shine.
