We had dinner at this restaurant during the Silent Villages walk... the food is really good... excellent explanations of the dishes you'll then eat... very kind staff!!! We had such a good time that we went back again... the last evening of our walk ❤️ Lorena and Paolo... Treviso

A delightful and quaint family-run restaurant carved into a rock 🪨 (in the summer, they don't use the air conditioning inside!). The motto is everything homemade 🏠 from the bread (sourdough) to the pasta to the desserts, etc. The place is well-kept and clean, the real test is the bathroom, it feels like a spa... the music choice is spot on (the great and unique Lucio Dalla). If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by.

Highly recommended. Simple but carefully prepared cuisine with attention to the raw materials. The owner is exceptional in explaining the dishes and you can tell he is passionate about his job. The table service was also perfect.

A beautiful restaurant where you feel welcomed into the home of a warm family. Excellent food at a very fair price. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even to the needs of us hikers passing through on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. In short, for anyone passing through for any reason, this is a must-visit!

27/10/2025: On my way back from the Marche region to Rome, I happened upon San Gemini right around lunchtime, and after a quick search, I decided to try this restaurant. There are three of us. The atmosphere is rustic and tranquil, with an open fireplace in the entrance hall where they're busy cooking meat, and delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen. We order a first and second course. Grated truffle is featured in many of the first courses, as are grilled meats, soups, and cod. The dishes are few, but very well presented. Delicate cuisine with excellent flavors. Prices are high. Excellent service. We'll return to try other dishes and explore the wine list. Highly recommended.
23/10/2025: Authentic cuisine prepared very well. Even for those who prefer vegetarian alternatives this restaurant offers a decent array of options! Very friendly staff.
