Selmi 22 In Modena

Excellent dinner, we'll definitely be back! The new location is beautiful, the ingredients are excellent, and the service is impeccable.

The food was very good. I ordered a Taste of Sea and the seafood was fresh and tasty. I ordered Tortellini with Parmesan sauce, but it wasn't al dente. The service is average, however, the manager/Maître d' was very cordial and attentive, gave me a complimentary digestif, and made the right choice with the wine, which was very good. The atmosphere is pleasant but not exciting. Easy parking, I recommend making a reservation.

Excellent as always. When we want to eat good fish in Modena, Selmi 22 is a sure thing, even in its new location, which is even more convenient for parking and space.

Tried the new location (next to 212 / civil motorization). The atmosphere is modest and welcoming, although the table next to the door reserved for us didn't have much space and every now and then a cold draft could be felt behind us.... The food, like in the old location, hasn't changed, quality and excellent service. The waitress, perhaps a little excited, poured us the wine without realizing she had broken the cork and it ended up in the glass (it can't hurt, but you have to be careful). The only slightly disappointing note were the desserts. A baked apple with a bit of crunchy whitebait on top can't be considered a dessert at the price offered. All in all, however, an excellent dinner and we will definitely be back. Final bill €140 for two. Not exactly cheap.

The new Selmi 22 restaurant at Via Galilei 218 confirms its reputation for quality ingredients, attentive and friendly service, and a warm welcome from the host! A modern, comfortable atmosphere and well-managed spaces perfect for an evening with your partner or friends! It's simply a confirmation of what we already had... but finally accessible by car and with ample adjacent parking! Highly recommended!

I ate pulpo. Relatively small portion but very well done. And then I ate calamari al carbonara, something exceptional. Authentic taste of Modena style carbonara pasta but cooked with great care and in the pasta sauce was slow cooked calamari. Congratulations to the chef.
