Scinua is a restaurant that captivates you from the first moment. A welcoming and refined atmosphere, the staff is well-trained, friendly, and always attentive. The kitchen shows great respect for tradition, with dishes that maintain authentic recipes but with interesting, innovative touches. A successful balance between past and present. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best meals we had in Puglia, the flavors and ingredients at Scinua were top notch. Our server was warm and attentive and shared great recommendations for both dishes and beverages. One of our favorites was the "In Sintesi" appetizer which featured local ingredients as well as the spider steak. We also appreciated the amount of fresh vegetables that were used. All the portions run on the larger side so come with a big appetite. I will be back on a future visit to Puglia. Thank you again Chef Gigi for a wonderful lunch and we hope to see you again soon :)

17/09/2025: In a sea of tourist traps and overpriced restaurants, this gem truly stands out as the only authentic, local spot with incredible vibes. The service is warm and genuine, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who runs the place, and the atmosphere feels both unique and welcoming. The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

20/01/2026: Historic pizzeria in Bari but which has remained in the past. Unfortunately, the place is small, narrow and cramped, the pizza is nothing exceptional, given the neighborhood and the alternatives it offers, there are better ones.
22/12/2025: It felt like being in a can of sardines, but it's worth a try.
