Combination of traditional Apulien ingredients with modern cuisine techniques, Scinuà is one of our best discoveries during our Apulien trip. The Picanha was so delicious.

We were very satisfied, we stopped on the way from Grotta Trullo for lunch in the beautiful quiet town of Puntignano, if you go around, enjoy the real atmosphere. The Scinuá restaurant is an excellent choice, pleasant service - they advised us well in choosing... we ate horse meat among other things and it was very tasty. All the dishes were faultless.

Very romantic restaurant in the city center! The food was spectacular, with the appetizers and a delicious pasta dish! The waitresses were very attentive and friendly.

Excellent little restaurant in the historic center of Putignano, local cuisine well prepared with local products, the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. The kitchen is open. Very good selection of wines. I highly recommend.

Quelle belle surprise !! Le meilleur restaurant dans lequel nous avons mangé dans les Pouilles. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois. Accueil, service et bien sûr une cuisine à tomber, le tout pour un prix raisonnable. Vaut vraiment le détour

Tuvimos un excelente almuerzo aquí hoy. Las opciones de comida eran muy buenas y de la región. También tenían una excelente carta de vinos. El servicio era muy bueno también. Gente tan amable y sentimos no volver a estar en la zona de nuevo, ya que nos encantaría probar otros platos en su menú
