A small restaurant with southern characteristics. The appetizers are rich and varied. The combination of U'ndondr is very interesting and the taste is a little surprising. The pasta is light and delicious. I like it.

Molto carino e fresco il locale. Servizio eccellente.Antipasti super e orecchiette idem con pomodoro e involtini con polvere ceci per fare scarpetta. Prezzi giusti. Complimenti

We had lunch at scinua when we arrived in Puglia. The starters were truly exceptional, the dishes very good. The servers are friendly. The price is a little high compared to other restaurants tested but the restaurant is worth the detour

Piccolo ristorante nel pieno centro storico di Putignano. Praticamente una sola piccola sala con pochi tavoli. Per questo vi consiglio magari di prenotare. Un pranzo con la mia compagna in questo piccolo ma accogliente locale. Accogliente l’ambiente ed accogliente la signora che ci ha serviti. Il menù non è molto ampio e si concentra su piatti tipici del territorio ma rivisti. Ottima la piccola zuppa di orzo offerta come entree’. Eccezionali le oriecchiette di grano arso e le braciole. Un posto dove si mangia bene

Chef Leonardo Amoruso enchants guests not only with his fusion dishes, the result of numerous experiences abroad and the Apulian tradition, but also with his savoir faire, his charm and his voice! Yes, because when he's in the mood you can be lucky enough to hear him sing the most famous songs on the jazz scene! Seeing is believing!!! An unforgettable experience!!!
