Classy restaurant Super environment and carefully treated foods to leave the flavor intact while enriching it in expertly cooked dishes. Carlo, the host, a truly dear and helpful person, as is the entire staff, congratulations. Excellent wines! Always coming back!

Essential is the adjective that in my opinion best qualifies this restaurant and I say this not to belittle... on the contrary! Essential because there is no trace of superfluity starting from the elegant location in its linearity and simplicity. Essential in dishes without unnecessary decorations and where the raw material is enhanced. All the dishes we tried were perfect... the courgette flower with ricotta, basil and lemon (delicate and perfectly fried), the octopus salt water with potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes (excellent balance between the sweetness of the octopus and the potatoes with the flavor of the others ingredients), cod with scapece and roasted red snapper with chard (both excellent) and then a 3-chocolate Bavarois with crumble, coffee quenelle and rum biscuit. Everything really high quality. The service was impeccable. Professional, discreet, communicative. Top. Next time I will have to try the rice sartù. Prices in line with the quality and service offered.

Sartu, located in the heart of Vomero, perfectly combines traditional cuisine with excellent quality. The wine list is excellent and offers a wide choice. The highlight is undoubtedly the Sartu, impeccably prepared. The staff is friendly and the relaxing atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Refined and quiet environment, typical Neapolitan cuisine with an added twist, the menu varies according to seasonality so you return with the pleasure and awareness of always tasting something new. Discovered by chance it has become the place to spend quality time ♥️

It's rare for me not to find a flaw or something to criticize. We had lunch on Saturday and this certainly helps, the starters: A carpaccio of red prawns with nduja oil and stracciatella, excellent. Then artichokes on a potato brick with cheese fondue: excellent. The first courses (white and red sartu' and special Genoese mezzanialla) as well as second courses are pork cheek with excellent puree, excellent Sigiliana cod. Homemade desserts: an exquisite dark chocolate one and an excellent baba'. Giuseppe the friendly and professional waiter. The bill €165, not cheap, but fair for the quality offered. We will definitely be back.
