A lovely surprise. We had fish-based starters and pizza for the main course. Everything was really good. The staff was friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back. Kudos to the kitchen and all the staff.

During our vacation in Torri del Benaco, we tried several restaurants – we even went to La Bacchessa twice because it was by far our favorite. The homemade pasta deserves special mention; it's expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. The other dishes were also of very high quality and prepared with great care. On both visits, the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very efficient, making us feel completely at ease. For us, La Bacchessa was the best restaurant we visited in Torri del Benaco. If you appreciate delicious, authentic Italian cuisine, homemade pasta, and warm service, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back on our next Lake Garda vacation! 🍝🇮🇹

We've had better meals in Torri. The pizza was so soggy you couldn't even cut it... and there was no plate for the shells or a cloth to wipe them with when ordering spaghetti vongole, but it tasted okay. The trout fillet was full of bones, and the house wine could be improved. The tuna steak was good, both in terms of flavor and doneness. The service seemed to be trying its best.

My risotto was absolutely below average by Italian standards. It wasn't creamy enough and had far too much salt, not enough wine and cheese. That shouldn't happen. Otherwise, the seating on the terrace in Torri is fantastic, just like in all the other restaurants.

Really nice food, was expecting it to be overpriced due to it being over the lake with an amazing view but price wasn't to bad, next time we're on Lake Garda we will visit again Edit: forgot to mention that staff were great, even offered to split a main dish between 2 children to make it cheaper with out us asking about it. Got 2 kids meals 2 adult meals 4 drinks

A friendly restaurant in a beautiful location right on Lake Garda with a pleasantly mixed clientele. The welcome is warm, the service is prompt, and you feel comfortable overall. The food is well-prepared and attractively presented. The spaghetti frutti di mare was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the lasagna wasn't at all like we're used to in Italy and was a disappointment. Nevertheless, it's a good restaurant overall, perfect for a pleasant evening.

Excellent experience! The staff was truly kind and helpful. We dined as a group of twelve and the service was impeccable: fast, organized, and always friendly. Excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

Initially very skeptical 🤔 We took the plunge and are so glad we did… A super delicious salad as a starter, followed by tagliolini with shrimp and pizza… the food was absolutely amazing 🤩 the service was outstanding… We'll definitely be back 🫶 super 👍🏼!!!

09/05/2026: Excellent food, definitely recommended, unusual pizzas with fantastic flavor
05/05/2026: Excellent staff, but questionable value I decided to try Saporè Downtown, intrigued by the format and the restaurant's reputation. The most positive aspect was undoubtedly the welcome: the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the true highlight of the evening. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, but I found the table setting to be excessively sparse and rudimentary. This is inconsistent with the €2.50 cover charge, despite the welcome gift of a small sample of bread and olive oil. The menu focuses heavily on pizzas (including their special formats) and few main courses; I missed appetizers or small tastings to start the dinner. As for the classic round pizzas, while I recognize the excellent quality of the ingredients, I didn't find them memorable. The prices (between €14 and €17 for those options) seem excessive, in my opinion, for the overall experience. Finally, the "distance" from the much-hyped Maestro Pizzaiolo is a bit disappointing: after so much emphasis on his research, not seeing him in action takes away some of the magic from the story. An interesting experience worth having once, but I don't think I'll be back.

09/05/2026: Very normal place, very kind and welcoming staff, really very good pizza.....congratulations, we will gladly return
06/05/2026: Stopped in for a quick bite and the only restaurant open at 6:30pm (have to get use to 7:30 dinners again) after a long day of travel. The staff was very kind, food was great, the pizzas were perfect not filling light and fluffy, unlike the heavy thick pizza we have in America. The meat plate is more than expected but excellent. In house (bulk) wine 🍷 was exactly what we needed after a long day. Expect 2 hours or so to enjoy your meal as they let you enjoy your appetizer before starting pizzas. We came in at 6:30 and since we didn’t have a reservation they let us know they need the table by 8/8:30 for reservations. Cash or card excepted some parking we walked from our lodgings.
