I highly recommend this restaurant. The gluten-free pizza is the best I've had in Italy so far: tender and crispy! They also have an extensive meat and fish menu. The mixed fried fish is excellent, featuring a variety of Adriatic fish (not the usual run-of-the-mill rings and shrimp). The ice cream is excellent. The staff is always helpful and attentive. Last but not least: reasonable prices!

abbiamo scelto questo locale per la cena del venerdì in quanto vicino al nostro appartamento, non c'era molta gente e siamo stati serviti praticamente subito. I camerieri sono molto gentili e abbiamo scelto una frittura di calamari e scampi che però erano di quelli congelati per cui non erano proprio dei migliori. Forse scegliendo una pizza sarebbe andata meglio...conto un caro per quello che si è mangiato e bevuto (un quarto di vino frizzante e acqua) , circa 50€...

Ristorante Pizzeria Alla Tessitura

01/03/2026: This is my third visit to this place, and I can safely say it's a good pizza restaurant on the outskirts of Udine's city center with excellent prices. The place is simple and clean, with well-maintained 1990s decor. The food is good, and the pizza and desserts are delicious. Service is average, with the staff always helpful. Drinks are average, and the beer is also good. The outdoor parking lot in front of the building isn't very large, but you can also park near the restaurant. Worth a try.
