San Martino In Parma

We ste a vero good pasta disk with fish garnmemt. Also the dessert was excellent. Unfortunately there were rather noisy groups, but this is not customary for the house. We are customers since mano decades and keep visiting the San Martino!

It's best to book if you have to have dinner.

Pizza with various doughs, my favorite is whole wheat, fantastic.

A place that serves excellent quality pizzas. I recommend trying the whole wheat pizza with fresh buffalo mozzarella. The seafood dishes are just as delicious as the beach.

Pizza Review: Don't call Franchino a criminal...he'd cause a massacre. The small dining room is a good thing, but with two tables full, it's best to be able to read lips because it's too loud...some noise-reducing panels would solve the problem... Waiting time at the table: 40 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. The thick pizza dough is good; the pizza is small and easy to digest. The regular one is very thin and should be cooked a little longer, at least according to the ones my guests saw. The only downside is the amount of toppings, which are woefully scant. Not enough sausage, not enough broccoli rabe, not enough fried calamari, not enough of everything...what a shame. The trend of using very little toppings is spreading everywhere, but not everywhere. Maybe next time it will be better...if...

A modern and well-kept restaurant with an extensive menu and a wide selection of pizzas. The wait staff is quick to take orders. Pizza preparation is equally quick, with all four dishes served simultaneously (no one had to wait). The desserts are very good, and throughout the meal, you can chat without the background noise. Excellent prices.
