A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Montecatini, ristorante storico specializzato in pesce ma non solo. Le proposte variano tra crudo, fritto, forno, griglia, e c'è anche il forno a legna con le proposte di pizza di Manuel Maiorano. Il menù è variegato perché troverete anche la terra. La carta dei vini è discreta, i prezzi medio alti, la qualità è ottima. Il personale è attento ai dettagli, e segue scrupolosamente anche eventuali allergie e intolleranze con professionalità e dedizione.

I went to the San Francisco restaurant (formerly Fishing Lab) for a birthday a few days ago. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. Starting from the fact that it has never been my favorite fish restaurant, I noticed a sharp drop in quality, starting with the raw ones. Little substance, a lot of appearance. The idea of ​​the pizza chef is nice, as he created a fusion between sushi and pizza, creating a series of particular but well-balanced flavours, with small samples of leavened focaccia with rice and fish of your choice on top. I gave three stars precisely because of this novelty of the menu. For the rest, if you happen to pass by, I wouldn't advise against a visit, also because the staff is very kind and attentive, but I don't think it's among the best restaurants in the area.
