San Biagio restaurant did not disappoint. We had a great table with a beautiful view of Sassi. The food was delicious. Our server was very welcoming and made some great recommendations. Definitely an amazing spot in Matera.

We had dinner at this restaurant a few days ago. Everything was very good; their bread meatballs with tomato sauce were divine! The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Best food and best value we had in our month-tour around Italy: fresh, home-made but also elaborated food, nicely integrating herbs and nuts. Food was between nonna's cooking and a Michelin-starred restaurant. A must-try, plate-licking and finger-licking good food.

A quaint restaurant just steps from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, offering a beautiful view of the Sassi di Matera. Excellent food, very welcoming staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We ate overlooking a nativity scene, a beautiful location, and the service was truly excellent. The dishes were delicious and presented with attention to detail, and honestly, I expected the bill to be higher. Well done!

30/07/2026: The service was amazing, the staff were happy to help and very attentive. Never meaning to impose or disrupt the conversation. Food was excellent and would definitely come back.
18/07/2026: Good food in decent portions. The Fioroni fig jam paired beautifully with the cheeses. We loved it and returned for another dinner.
