When we travel in the area, it's become a must-visit. Excellent selection of Parma ham and mountain Parmigiano Reggiano. The first courses and desserts are also delicious. Everything is made according to tradition. It's a pleasure to spend some time with the Ugolotti family, who passionately explain their products.

We ordered platters of cured meats and cheeses, polenta, and torta fritta. The first words that come to mind are "what a spectacle, a riot of flavors!" We ate REAL prosciutto cured for 34 months (the Parma is actually from Langhirano)!! The salami was also delicious. Not to mention the 40-month-aged parmesan. A very good and truly enjoyable lunch with the owner, who shared his story with us. If you're in the Parma and castle area, stop by—you won't be disappointed.

We arrived late for lunch. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied. The torta fritta (which we call gnocco fritto) was so hard we even called it "gnucco fritto" to the waiter. The ham was salty, not sweet as we expected. The trio of tortelli, only nine on the plate, were good; the pumpkin ones were good, the green ones had too much ricotta for my taste, and the potato ones had too much soffritto. Honestly, the tortelli tasted reheated. The coffee was good. There's no draft beer. That's all there is to Langhirano.

Atypical place. We spent a precious moment there tasting the Parma ham, Copa and Parmigiano platter accompanied by a sparkling red Lambrusco. A suitable setting. Thank you (from the daughter of an island)

Salumeria Ugolotti was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside with our family, we felt like we belonged, their owners treat us just like family. Their food was simply divine. We indulged in a delightful sample platter featuring various types of prosciutto, lasagna, anolini in brodo, and two delectable desserts (I wish I could recall the names). Everything was absolutely fantastic! We’re definitely making a return visit on our next Italian adventure.

If I could give 100 stars I would...words cannot fully express the emotion felt when entering this place, the scent that you can smell and makes your head spin (in a good way)...the quality of the food cannot be questioned...all delicious 😋🤤...what can I say? Sono stata consigliata bene dal ristoratore dove ho pranzato , il salumificio Ugolotti è la storia del prosciutto crudo , Langhirano la patria .I due fratelli appassionati , il prosciutto crudo squisito è stata una bellissima esperienza fare shopping da loro .Ottimi per la qualità offerta i prezzi .
