An overwhelming selection of delicatessen products! You can take your time to browse all the products and then decide. Everything from the Parma ham (Reserva!) to the cheese, the menu counter, the bread, and the wine are all highly recommended. The trip was worth it! TOP!

An institution in Parma, nothing to envy of its competitors in the historic center, perhaps more renowned.. products of absolute quality... anolini among the best I've ever tasted.. as far as I can I order them or go and get them for Christmas.

A feast for the eyes, but especially for the taste buds. The person who served us was very welcoming and was able to vacuum-pack everything for shipping. We can't wait to enjoy our purchases with our family.

The food is excellent, but the chef should be careful with the salt, especially since it's proven to be dangerous for the arteries and spoils the flavor of food. I especially point this out for lasagna and roast potatoes.

18/09/2025: Our dinner at Inkiostro was spectacular! The execution and creativity of the dishes was of the highest level, without being “inaccessibly” unique. Many pleasant surprises and balanced textures with flavors. This restaurant deserves a higher Michelin rating!!
11/07/2025: Wedding anniversary, organized at the last minute, a sensational evening in every way. Excellent staff, super-well-maintained venue, and... The dishes... What can I say... Excellent or excellent is limiting. Every preparation by the chef brought back aromas and sensations of places far and near. Every bite was an explosion of flashbacks. Beautiful place. We were pampered all evening. Well done, well done, well done.
