An extraordinary selection of cured meats, especially from Parma. Good food and excellent cheeses. An absolutely recommended stop for those passing through Parma and who love Parmesan products.

This shop (one of the many owned by Silvano Romani) is located not far from the center and is a real guarantee for Emilian products, from hams to parmesan cheese, all of excellent quality, friendly and professional staff, high prices but justified by the quality.

Very well-stocked delicatessen/cheese shop. It has several and distinct islands with local cold cuts, fresh pasta and gastronomy and an area with cheeses and parmesan of different ages. However, I found it very distracting and with little attention to the customer, it seemed more like a well-stocked truck stop. However, the products are spectacular, the braised anolini that I bought are phenomenal.

A shop that is not a shop but a group of people who really care about customers and who offer a service which is no longer of today... The store collects an incredible set of delicacies and first fruits, without equal, never exceeding the price. Absolutely recommended, at least worth trying.

The red-haired Italian is very nice, the staff speaks English, they vacuum-pack cheese and cold meats so you can take them on the plane.
