We've been to this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The food was excellent. We had excellent raw seafood, a fantastic first course, perfect mixed fried fish, and a delicious dessert. Excellent value. We hope to return soon.

A very charming restaurant located in the historic center of Vasto, with very friendly staff and fairly fast service. We ate really well, trying the mixed appetizers (plentiful and well-made), the seafood first course (allo scoglio) was excellent, and another first course (alla salicornia e bottarga, fresh spaghetti with chili pepper) was equally excellent, although I would have preferred less salicornia. We also tried the mixed fried fish, which was definitely good. If I really had to make a comment, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the desserts. We tried three different ones, and while they were good, they were a bit too creamy. I think the brownie would have needed a scoop of ice cream (it's a must), as without it, it's a nice piece of chocolate. Overall, dessert aside, it was excellent and definitely worth a try. We'll be back.

Unpretentious tavern The downfall is the service, specifically the "head waiter." Basically, a lady who doesn't understand that customers are paying people, and therefore her responses and manner must be professional. The food is average. You still pay €50 per person. It's a shame about the service.

The place is excellent and fits perfectly into the centre of Vasto. There are few items on the menu where the quality can be improved. The staff is not very attentive and disrespectful towards the customers. For the lobster, gloves can be served in addition to the apron.
