We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday at Re Pescatore Vaso and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Lino and Adriana welcomed us with a kindness and care that is truly rare. He in the kitchen, she in the dining room: a couple who work with passion and who manage to make you feel at home right away.
Lunch was perfect from start to finish. Very fresh fish dishes, prepared with simplicity and mastery.
Adriana was able to accompany lunch with her smile and a constant but never intrusive presence — an attention that made the atmosphere even warmer and more familiar.
It was a birthday that will remain in all of our memories.

the environment is nice and welcoming, the waitress is professional, a plus for the photos attached for each dish on the menu. I personally liked the first course (pesto ravioli with stracciatella and prawns) but it was soaked in oil, you might not like it, too bad because the ingredients were of excellent quality, the frying was good and quite plentiful, the dessert was ok.

In the center of Vasto, a truly very welcoming restaurant in a "warm and ancient" environment, easily reachable on foot.
The dishes are very carefully prepared and are a delight for the palate, the side dishes are already included in the main courses with more than honest prices for what is served!

The first one was good, we asked for a second bottle of wine, which unfortunately never arrived
Excellent fish brodetto Vastese restaurant, very good with a fair quality/price ratio. Chef Manes always friendly and helpful.. recommended!

We thank the chef for preparing the Vastese broth for us without having booked first. Congratulations it was really worth it. Complete meal is all you need to fill yourself up at will, but in case you are still hungry and before the broth is finished, have some pasta seasoned with what is left...
