I've known this place for a long time...it's a beautiful beach resort. Inside, there's an elegant bar and an equally elegant restaurant...outside, there are sofas and tables for enjoying excellent aperitifs. Excellent service. Under the new management, we only had an aperitif, but we've already planned dinner, after which I'll write a review.

This year, as we've done for several years, we went to Sabya Beach. The location, organization, and management were perfect. The only exception was the morning bartender, but if you're patient, you can wait for the shift change and everything is perfect.

Good food, slightly higher-than-average prices, but the atmosphere is comfortable and tidy, never noisy.

Recommended during a stroll along the seafront.

Ottimo ristorante dove mangiare pesce di assoluta qualità sul mare. La location è curata spaziosa e luminosa. Il cibo di ottima qualità: abbiamo assaporato il sapore del mare in una carrellata di antipasti crudi e caldi decisi dallo chef spaziando tra crostacei ostriche pesce di medio taglio tutti impiattati in maniera originale. Ottima anche la cantina ( noi abbiamo degustato il tutto con un’ottima bollicina rose’). Per niente banale il pane ed i grissini di accompagno fatti in casa. Per chiudere un buon semifreddo al pistacchio scelto tra una rassegna di dolci interessanti. Bravo chef!
