The restaurant has a great ambience and is cozy and modernly furnished. The service is nice, professional and very attentive. We ordered pizza but were a bit disappointed. The dough was very dry and hard for our taste. It seemed as if it had been baked twice. This meant that it remained crispy throughout the meal, but was more reminiscent of two-baked cakes than of a pizza base. The pizza toppings met our expectations. I would choose a dish other than pizza next time. For dessert I chose sorbet. It was great and tasted extremely fruity.

Cibo di ottima qualità, tutto molto buono! Le materie prime sono eccellenti e il menu offre una selezione ben curata. Tuttavia, il servizio e il rapporto qualità-prezzo presentano delle criticità: • Troppi errori nel servizio, con camerieri che chiedono più volte le stesse cose. • Non è accettabile che ci venga servito l’antipasto un secondo dopo esserci seduti, mentre stiamo ancora finendo l’aperitivo. Inoltre, il vino è arrivato solo dopo l’antipasto e il secondo, quando avrebbe dovuto essere servito prima. • Considerando i prezzi elevati e le porzioni piuttosto ridotte, ci si aspetterebbe un servizio impeccabile. Il titolare dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti, abbassando i prezzi o migliorando nettamente la qualità del servizio. Quanto abbiamo riscontrato è stato inaccettabile.

La mia recensione non sarà mai abbastanza positiva per esprimere quanto mi sia trovata bene al Rosso di Sera! Le cene, sia in coppia, che con amici, sono state tutte fantastiche, sia per quanto riguarda accoglienza e servizio, che per quanto riguarda i piatti e le capacità nel trattare e valorizzare le materie prime. Una cornice perfetta, atmosfera soft in un contesto molto intimo e delicato. Dennis, il proprietario, è persona gentile ed affabile, presenza discreta e disponibile. I prezzi sono in linea con ambiente e qualità offerta.

Very welcoming and relaxing place. The staff were very friendly and professional including the owner. The menu offers both fish and meat but also gourmet pizza. I would say the prices are in the medium-high range but all in all it's worth it. A place that I highly recommend, we will definitely return to try the pizza which was presented very well. I would give an extra star for the jazz style musical accompaniment 👍

A small pearl in Drezzo. From the welcome to the care of the dishes to the selection of wines, Rosso di sera is a place that surprises you. Dennis, the owner, is an extremely competent and passionate person who knows how to understand the customer's needs and guide the staff so that they feel pampered. The location is also suitable for small formal events as it has small isolated rooms. The cuisine is refined both in presentation and taste, refined, not predictable and delicious, nothing is left to chance. Undoubtedly a place to return to many times.

Elegant and well-kept place, hospitable staff and the owner, a true champion, knows how to advise you properly both on the food side but above all on the wine list, excellent selection of champagne. Also tried the gourmet pizza (white with Apulian burrata, homemade pesto, basil and Cantabrian anchovies). Stratospheric porcini mushroom and chestnut risotto.
