We had lunch at Easter casually while walking along the seafront...from the appetizers to the conclusion with a typical Neapolitan dessert, the pastiera, all of excellent quality...TOP

Three of us had lunch, ordering fried calamari and prawns (normal) and three risottos alla pescatora. The risotto was really tasty, but it was a shame that it was served barely warm and with mussels and clams probably added at a later time and practically cold. Service rather slow even though when we arrived there was only one other table occupied

Passing through Naples, my wife and I thought about booking a restaurant in a nice restaurant overlooking the Naples seafront. Let's start by saying that the seafront is being renovated... therefore with work in progress... but this doesn't depend on the venue. Very nice place with well organized layouts and well thought out setup. We ordered two first courses, really excellent and well presented. As for the second courses, we were not at all satisfied, as they brought us fried calamari and prawns which were very hard and even rubbery which we had to leave on the plate.. For two first courses, two second courses, three glasses of wine and a plate of fried potatoes we spent just under €110.

An excellent restaurant where we enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu. 🌹✨ Refined dishes, impeccable service and a perfect atmosphere for the occasion. A beautiful address that we recommend without hesitation! 🍽️❤️

22/04/2025: pop has been able to renew and reinvent itself! on pizzas and bread/sandwiches nothing to say, but on the mussel soup we spread a veil, dirty mussels (the shell was not cleaned, there were still filaments and byssus, really ugly to see on a plate) clams almost all closed, the few open ones you could smell the sand. I didn't feel the freshness of the fish on the palate. We also remind you how essential gloves are in the kitchen at all times, and to all those who are there, entering and exiting.

16/02/2025: Loved it! From the moment you park your car/scooter or arrive to the area where La Ruota is located, it feels like a different and more authentic place on the island, full of locals enjoying the last rays of sun, families and older people chatting casually on the street. The food - fantastic! We had to have another portion of the fried anchovies (alici) - they were divine! Generous portions full of flavor and taste, overall, this place is underrated and deserves the best review. Great service too - always ready with a smile and a joke! A
11/02/2025: We didn't know where to eat and they recommended this restaurant to us and I must say that it is excellent, the food is good, the waiters are polite, cordial, gentle, excellent quality and good prices, nothing exaggerated. And I recommend the polpo e patate.
