The atmosphere is very intimate and well-managed. The food is carefully prepared and has a touch of originality.

Owners as good as bread, gourmet, balanced and delicious dishes, quiet setting, I would return if I were in the area 👍👍👍

We ate excellent, fresh local fish. We drank good, natural wines by the glass. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time in the cool garden.

I'll start by saying I don't want to be argumentative, but I didn't think it was fair to say that in a restaurant with a well-deserved and well-established reputation, on both occasions I went there with colleagues for a business lunch, I had to go home and eat a sandwich because I was hungry, since the menus were ONLY fish-based, with no option for a change (a pasta would have sufficed!) This is a shame. I repeat, there's nothing to take away from the place and its deserved reputation. It's clear that those who don't eat fish should NOT go to Rosenbar, or they'll go hungry.

The gnocchi are spectacular! 100% recommended.

The atmosphere is a bit dated, but with a little more attention to detail (Christmas decorations during the Easter period 😅), it could express its charm even more. The dishes are well-prepared, although a few small improvements wouldn't hurt. Prices are quite reasonable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had lunch today with a friend. Attention to every detail. Superb welcome, excellent quality of lunch, excellent service, helpfulness, and excellent advice from the staff. It's rare to hear the owner greet his customers with "Thank you for spending Sunday with us!" I will certainly remember this chance encounter today with great fondness. Few places have this attention to detail, and especially to the people who choose it! The meal was delicious! Concluded with a dream tiramisu! If you're in Gorizia, it's definitely worth a visit!

Excellent service, an excellent selection of local wines, excellent seasonal traditional dishes in a modern way, in a charming semi-dark ambiance - only for connoisseurs!
